★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Looking for an amazing and quick getaway from the hectic and monotonous city life? The Tides Cottages is a beautifully renovated property that allows you to rest and relax, while enjoying everything that Pender Island has to offer. It is almost difficult to go out to explore when you have everything you need right in front of you on the property (the beautiful oceanfront view with seating available everywhere to soak up the views, the pool, hot tub, fire pit, and endless outdoor games!)
Budd and Brook outdid themselves as hosts; they were available for any questions or needs, and had wonderful recommendations for things to do and places to eat. It was a huge bonus that we were able to bring our dog with us, and they had even set up amenities for her as well! We had such a wonderful time at the Tides; I would not hesitate to recommend staying here to all my friends and family, and can't wait to come back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our friends recently booked this place for a group trip and WOW, our experience awesome; this property is really something special. The cottage was impeccably decorated and clean, with views of the water through our bedroom window and deck. The shared outdoor space has everything you would need for a glorious holiday; pool, BBQ, outdoor games, fire pit and space to stretch out. We even had the fortune of seeing a pod of orcas while sipping morning coffee out on the lawn. What a dream- can't wait to go back! Our dog loved it too :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a great weekend at the cottage! It’s very close to the ferry terminal so it’s perfect for us because we took an evening ferry and not very familiar with the island (it’s very dark in the evening, as there are barely any lights on the road). The cottage is very clean and with many cute decors! Great ocean view with great spots to sit and enjoy the peaceful wood & ocean.
Would be even better if some more trash bags could be provided as we did cooked a couple of times while staying.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brooke and Budd have done such a great job with this place and it is arguably one of the best places to stay on the island. The cabins are immaculately designed and furnished with everything you need. The pool area is a great place to spend the day, especially if traveling with kids. There is a fireplace that overlooks the water, a perfect spot to enjoy a drink at the end of the day. Brooke and Budd were always a text away if we needed anything. Overall, a hidden gem that is absolutely worth staying at. We are looking forward to our next visit!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We just finished the most wonderful four day visit to The Tides and stayed in the Elm Cottage. We were thrilled with every aspect of the resort. From the games to the swimming pool/hot tub everything was really well thought out. The ocean views were accessible throughout the resort including from the patio of the Elm Cottage. We would highly recommend it to anyone and look forward to returning again in the future. Thank you Brooke and Budd!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bud was a great host and made sure our cottage was stocked with everything needed. The place was beautifully reno'd while still maintaining the original character ands charm. The property was kid friendly, we had the best time and can't wait to go back. The views from every spot on the property are just STUNNING!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Tides Cottages was an incredible place to stay, our group booked out the entire property and we were absolutely blown away. The property was incredible for our group and our dogs to enjoy! We played all of the lawn games, enjoyed the pool and hot tub and every couple absolutely loved their cottage. Everything was immaculate and beautiful views from everywhere on the property, we can't wait to go back!
