★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is my wife's first pregnancy and an all around exiting experience that she is very enthralled with. Unfortunately, our ultrasound technician very much killed the excitement/mood and the first look at our first child. The technician seemed very much disconnected from the human element and was more concerned about just getting it done, so to speak. There was very little consideration or diplomacy over hastily denying our simple request for a keepsake. From now on, we will travel over to the Southside clinic instead.
