Prince’s Pizza - Lethbridge

Good flavor but unfortunately it was soggy and squished in the box when it arrived. ?

Pizza crust and the sauce was amazing! It is sort of a greasy pizza though.

The taco pizza was great work on the garlic bread but other then that I will order again

Poor quality pizza, thin greasy slices. Inconsistent topping placement, something tasted off and the sauce was too sweet.

I tried this place to support local, however, I was disappointed. Their sizes are unfathomable. The medium sized pizza is basically an individual sized pizza (in comparison to BP’s). I don’t care how the sizes are accurate to the description on your website, the medium sized pizzas were tiny. The toppings, such as the tomatoes, were just thrown on the pizza and not layed out evenly. The “large” pizza could feed an entire football team and more. I was missing 4 drinks and my side of wings. Thankfully, I was able to figure out their phone number (which took quite a few minutes since it isn’t attached to their google website) and informed the staff member that I only got a $12 refund whereas my FULL refund wouldve been $26. The man on the phone was happy to give me my full refund back and apologized about the situation. He blamed it on SkipTheDishes, but I’ve never had a Skip driver mess up my delivery, other than one time. During that one time, I received a phone call from the driver who explained what happened and that he was in the process of fixing his mistake. I think that it’s suspicious that other people have been in this same situation. Anyway, before I found their phone number, I DM’d the Prince’s Pizza Instagram page to inform them of the mismatched refund. Unfortunately, the individual who replied to my message basically told me to figure it out by myself because it wasn’t their fault. They told me how I needed to request my refund from SkipTheDishes since it was their fault. I was unimpressed about this interaction considering the kind staff member, on the phone, had no problem resolving the issue. It took him a total of 5 minutes for him to give me a refund via Skip. Not sure why the owner of the Instagram page had such difficulty doing so. Months ago, when I ordered from The Bridge Pizza, their delivery man forgot my drink and sides as well. However, when I phoned, the owner was extremely kind and eager to: 1. Give me a full refund + a discount on my next order 2. Have his son personally deliver my items. I was super impressed by their reaction to this! Needless to say, in my opinion, Prince’s Pizza is a new business that has a lot of learning and growing to do. Just be aware that there is a possibility that you will not receive all of your items.

Delivered HOT, ON TIME and tasted delicious. Everyone LOVED the sauce. Very good. Enjoyed every bite.

Not impressed at all. Ordered 2 medium pizzas for $13 for one, and $15 for the other. I ended up receiving 2 personal pizzas(4 slices) each. If I wanted a personal, i would have gotten a personal pizza. This was meant for a family of 5, unbelievable. I was super shocked, unimpressed, disappointed and honestly felt complete cheated out of how much food I got and the price I paid for it. This was the exact definition of highway robbery, and I would definitely not recommend this place.

The crust and toppings are great, but take the sugar out of the sauce. It doesn’t cut the acid no matter what you’ve heard, add rosemary or thyme instead and you’d have a ‘wow’ pizza . I’ll order again if the sugar is removed
