B	Belinda Jin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ POP’s TapHouse & Grill PUB is located in Columbia Blvd West Lethbridge, which is nearby the Shoppers Drug Store. The location is very convenience for students who are from the University of Lethbridge. There are many parking spots in front of this PUB. People can be easier to park their cars. POP’s TapHouse & Grill has Wings night on each Wednesday. Chicken wings are one of my favorite dishes in the Pub. This Wednesday night, my boyfriend took me to here for Chicken Wings. This location is 10 mins away from our house. We arrived there before 5 pm. Even though it’s still early before the dinner time, there were so many people hanging out there. We found the table and began our orders. We ordered three different flavors of Chicken Wings with a draft beer. The food and drink came out very late. There are two different kinds of Chicken Wings, such as dry and wet wings. We had Sweet Chilli, Salt and Pepper, and Roasted Garlic and Red Peppers three flavors wings. The wings were all medium size and tasty, which was great. The Sweet Chilli Wings were my favorite. The wings were sweet with a little bit of spicy. So tasty. Other two type of wings were also great. I like POP’s TapHouse & Grill’s Chicken Wings. The servers were also slow. I think it’s because of so many customers. We had to wait for a long time to pay the bills. Other than that, we enjoyed our dinner at POP’s TapHouse & Grill.
A	Ava Daly on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had the 69 cent wings, they were very good. Great kitchen and waiting staff, very friendly. Cocktails are great, I recommend the mermaid lemonade. Like a blueberry slushie without the ice.

One thing I learned from working in the bars was even if the VLT players are regulars or they just have a water, if you continue to check in on them and cash the tickets if you hear them print off you will most likely make A LOT of tips from them.... they always day that nobody ever tends to them. I actually was very grateful to get a 600 dollar tip from a lady who had one water through the day but she was so pleased with my service she insisted. Food for thought. I'd go back again anyhow. It seems clean and fairly comfortable inside.

Cold waffle fries with water for gravy, gravy in a small ( very small ) container dumped in with the fries with the lid open and dumped everywhere. 20 bucks?? Not even a beverage, just the under done fish with about 10 fries and some watery gravy? 20 bucks? Nah I’ll never go back thanks.

However for a Sunday it was horribly understaffed with only 1 server and likely only 1 cook. My friends and I waited 1h and 15mins to get our appies and another 25mins afterwards to get our meals. The server tried their best but with only 1 of them we struggled to get refills, condiments, and never did get napkins. Overall thr atmosphere is great, the food is good, the staff are friendly, but they are very understaffed and the wait times are horrible so be prepared.

Chronically understaffed so be prepared to wait an extra hour to get your bill and forget any refills on your drink. Update: I came back a week later and although the wait was still as long the atmosphere was so great I updated my stars.
