The place is overwhelmed with patients and cannot handle the work load. They need to expand or there needs to be an alternate place to go. The receptionist was rather rude the last time I was there and acted like a drill sergeant barking commands. I just gave short answers like I was a soldier. Now you cannot even call them now or book an appointment. The doctor has to fax the request in.

I was 10 minutes late for an appointment due to traffic and construction and was refused to be seen. Meanwhile, they have called to rearrange appointment times for me multiple times. I asked if I could simply see my babies and get the heart rates if she could not get the full ultrasound and was refused as she didn't want to be late to her next appointment (which was an hour away). I am 28 weeks pregnant with twins and having a really hard time. This pushed me over the edge and I left in tears. It's their way or the highway and don't expect them to be flexible or understanding of any type of situation! I am planning on changing all of my future appointments (as I see them every 4 weeks) to KGH from now on. I would tell you not to see this clinic, but there isn't any other options in Kelowna. Just warning all you mamas out there. Don't be a minute late or you will be refused to see your babies!

From booking to appointment, the staff were a Delight! Quick, efficient, kind, cheerful. Everything you want in a medical appt and more. Who knew I'd almost enjoy a mammogram!? ?

I have tried to call before and again today ,and the clinic is open until 5 pm, but answering machine says closed! and it is 4:38. My only other option is to just not show up for my aptmt. but that is a time slot that someone else can use. This is very frustrating!

Don't bother here!! I am currently a high risk for my pregnancy and have had multiple previous miscarriages. I woke up bleeding recently, so my family doctor faxed them an URGENT ultrasound to confirm if I had lost the baby or not. 4 hours later I still hadn't heard a thing (meanwhile I was still bleeding and in a lot of pain)! So my husband called in to see what was going on, and they said the next opening was 2 weeks away... When we said obviously that doesn't work the receptionist was very rude and had no advice for us. I called my doctor back who said to go straight to KGH Emergecy.. Thank God we did because I had a large subchorionic hematoma that was detected immediately. If a fax says URGENT maybe call that patient to let them know to go somewhere else, so they don't sit at home half a day terrified they have miscarried... Awful Customer Service! The call took 2 minutes at most. I didn't care that they couldn't get me in. I care that we wasted half a day waiting for them.

I went into the office to have an x-ray on Monday May 16th. The technician was so helpful with my little one that I brought along with me. She also made me laugh the entire time. It was definitely the most pleasant x-ray experience I have had. Incredible staff here! ??☺️

The first ultrasound of your first child should be a pleasant experience at the very least. I can't say this was the experience my wife and I had at this clinic. The woman performing the ultrasound was quite rude for no good reason. Plainly said, I've had better customer service at Sport Chek or McDonald's than I did here.

Had my 10 week and 20 week ultrasound done here and both times the staff and the techs were amazing and very friendly! Let my husband in before sharing any information so we could experience our baby together. They are also very patient and do their best with what situation they're given. Don't let the bad reviews fool you! They have a schedule to keep, health precautions, and need focus. Be on time, understand that they can't squeeze in walk-ins all the time (they need to tend to people who made appointments), and that the techs need focus and can't let people in to join until they've finished their tasks.
