My first time visiting this clinic and the staff was very nice and friendly. One of the fastest ultrasounds I have had in a while. Made it nice and comfortable to be able to get it done comfortably and to be in and out for the appointment. Thank you so much for what you all do and being friendly while you are doing your job!!

Went in for an X-ray with no appointment mid afternoon. Was expecting to wait at least 30 minutes or so to be seen but I was pleasantly surprised that they were able to see me right away. I hadn’t even fully sat down on the wait room chair before they called me in. I was in and out in maybe 20 minutes. Very clean and friendly. Was a very positive experience.

This was my first visit to the "MyHealth Centre" on Wharncliffe Rd. I was impressed as soon as I walked into the reception area. Had a very nice atmosphere, & Mary was kind & professional at the check-in desk. Makes a person feel good when they're treated kindly. 'Justyne" the technician was very kind, professional & patient with me. Answered any questions I had, she was patient with me. A great experience for my first time here. Nice, friendly staff all the way around.

My appt was on time and was quick and calming. The staff were friendly. The tech I had was amazing she made me feel very comfortable by explaining everything. Even what would happen or might happen even through to what results could possibly mean etc. The results were returned to my family doctor quickly. Thank you for making my first mammogram easier for me.

The staff is friendly and helpful. I was able to kill 2 birds with 1 stone (get x-ray done) as I had a bit of a wait before my appointment. The technician was awesome; he made me feel really comfortable we talked the whole time I didn't even realize when he was done. I highly recommend this location. it was my first time, and if I need to get anything else done, I will definitely go back to this location.

The staff at this office are lovely. There was a mix-up with my requisition to which they responded in a kind and professional manner, helping to work with my doctor’s office directly to quickly have the issue resolved. Despite being very busy, they were patient and very accommodating. Mary, in particular, was very helpful and a wonderful person to have at the front of the office. My experience was positive one and I would recommend this clinic.

Just left this clinic after a battery of tests. I dealt with three technicians plus the receptionist and all were amazing. Very comforting, friendly and accommodating, truly professionals. I was seen exactly at my appointment time and didn’t wait for anything. COVID protocols were thorough and the rooms were all spotlessly clean. Exactly as it should be!

I have made 3 appointments with this office for myself and my family over the course of 5 months for our immigration applications. Two occasions (myself and then my son's) I have seen Dr. Mary and one my wife and daughter saw Dr. Tom. Each time the wait was at the very least 45 minutes. My wife waited in excess of an hour for her appointment and no explanation pr apology was given. When I asked the lady at the front desk today if she knew when Dr. Mary was expected, she replied "soon".....which was the same thing she said to me when I arrived 45 minutes earlier. She said to me "Drs. are busy" to which I replied well don't you think her clients are busy too? It was at that point she threatened to throw me out. When Dr. Mary did show up, she was apologetic likely because the receptionist had immediately informed her of what had happened the instant she walked in.I am very grateful I do not have to step foot in that office again, and if I require any further medical services, I will gladly use another immigration medical service and unless you want your time wasted, I suggest you do the same.
