★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff is so very wonderful here at bonnyville. Every time I come in they are very friendly and communicative. Booking is a bit odd because it's done through another agency but still perfectly fine (just make sure you know the facility process and/or what the doctor instructed and agree to whatever the booking clerk says if it's different!) When experiencing miscarriage that I was not yet aware of, they were so kind and thoughtful whereas the hospital staff was actually making jokes then cold, distant and really left me feeling so uncomfortable and alone in the dark. I admire that they always allowed my spouse in and always give a photo, one time they let us even video the baby which we are very grateful for now it will be a treasured memory. Techs go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and safe, they consider your full aching bladder, help you if you are in pain (even emotional at times) and for that I will always be thankful, you didn't have to but you did which was very kind and human of you. Highly recommend this location without hesitation.
