★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I thought I was the only one who had issues with this place till I read the reviews! I was blown away to see so many people have the same problems as I did! I called them to make an appointment. Not only did I get no appointment at this place but the attitude I got from the woman on the phone astounded me. I ended up at the CHUM instead and they were excellent. This place won't ever see my business.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Update: I changed my 1 star review to a 3 star because I has a good experience at the appointment. I was seen right away after I gave all my papers. The technician was friendly, bi-lingual and very gentle. The exam was quick as well.
Horrible! The secretary I spoke to is so stupid! I asked to confirm an appointment i made on monday. I give her my date of birth and last name and she says she doesn't have me on record. She then asks for my medicare number, i swear in french under my breath and mention to her that I DID NOT GIVE MY MEDICARE NUMBER WHEN I CALLED LAST TIME! But I gave it to her anyways since she wanted it. She then puts me on hold and HANGS UP ON ME! I call back 5 times, I even continue for service in french thinking it might make a difference. It didn't the line kept cutting halfway through the first ring! SHE IS INTENTIONALLY CUTTING THE LINE! Fire this incompetent woman!
I had to call and use another phone option to speak to someone, and was able to EASILY confirm my appointment. i also made a complaint against the secretary who originally answered my call.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There are "Zero tolerance for verbal abuse" signs plastered ALL OVER THE PLACE. It didn't take me long to figure out why. The staff are cold and unpleasant to the point of rudeness. If they didn't have a captive clientele from the clinic next door, they would go out of business in a week.

Today I visit the Banantyne Medical center and had the Radioscopy. Thank you Eve, for understanding my physical condition, for your kindness and for your professional work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't know why this place got so many bad reviews. I came by today for a radiography and all the staff were very kind and helpful. It was also super quick, came by for my radiography 15 minute before closure time, I was afraid it might be too late but it was all fine. I was in and out the door within 10 minutes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Easy to access, parking a little problematic but the service was super nice. The people in reception were lovely and helpful. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes, don't know if it was luck or the fact that I was there at 8:30 am.
