Sent 2 techs at full rate and billed for individual travel to complete a 3-minute job during the original service call. To make it worse, the 1st tech didn’t show for the emergency repair I had called in 3 days prior. If they have the audacity to charge as much as they do, they least they can do is show up within the 10 hour window they gave themselves before leaving me high and dry for the weekend.

Absolutely the worst company you could ever deal with. We had one leak in on oven and they sent a technician the technician ended up changing parts that weren't defective. He changed 3000 dollars worth of parts for no reason. We called in several times and we just kept leaving messages for about 2 months. Finally we got a hold of a supervisor and he only reduced the amount by 500 dollars and we still had to pay 2500 dollars for parts that were changed that weren't defective. After we paid and everything was settled even though we didn't agree with the payment, they put our account on hold for a mistake they did and we couldn't order parts, it's rediculas. You will only have problems when dealing with these guys. Avoid this company at all cost. They are thieves and only care how much money they can get from people.

Over $800 dollars for a descaling service in 40mins, charge you 3 hours service but just finished in 1hour. I strongly doubt quality under their repairing. They are your first choice if you are rich but not smart!!

This company rocks! The service techs that have serviced our kitchen on different occasions were knowledgeable and friendly!!! Highly recommend!

The tech. came twice but still cannot fix the oven. The company charged me $3000 ising the prepaid credit card. Called them and never get the answer. The tech. kept saying that I should buy a new one.

If I could give negative stars I would. These guys took over for equipment repairs for Russel Hendrix in London. Right from the get go from getting the account set up til now, they have little clue of what is going on. Given wrong information to get account set up. Wasted alot of time gathering information when nothing needed to be done on my end. One piece of equipment has been at their shop over two months and another for a month and a half. I keep calling for updates and their clueless. They try and find out and say they'll call back. No one ever calls back so I have to chase them down. It's so frustrating. Still have no idea if my equipment is fixed even though I was told it would be done weeks ago. Save yourself the hassle and find any other company to take your equipment to get reparied. Edit: I asked for the phone number for the London office so I speak with them directly. After calling the phone number, it went directly back to their dispatch center and I spoke with the same girl who I was speaking with before who gave me the number to the London office. UGH!!!

Highly Dissatisfied Customer experience. Very poor communication, not answering emails or phones on time. They do not listen to their customers, never follow up from Office or technician upon request. Different persons in their team giving different advise & ending up with no service call for same day. They took 1-2 days to find out what their team said to the customer which leads delay in service call. One thing is for sure they will charge you even without receiving service upon requesting them to give call when technician on site but since they wanna charge we never receive call from office or technician, due to technician showed up we have to pay that’s what they say upon resolution even if it’s their poor communication.

I got a technician to my restaurant for maintenance. Technician said a part needs to be replaced, the equipment was heavy so technician denied to take it. I personally took the equipment to there warehouse/ shop. Gave the equipment for repairs. They South Asian gentlemen was rude to me. Just kept complaining that he work in another department and now working for other this is not his job. Left the equipment and waited for there call. There was no one who called, so we called them. Customer service said it was due for next few days. Followed again and went to pick up the equipment. Same character doesn't helped asked for the service number, I was trying to get it over the phone. Being helpless I asked him a question. I got the same answer he gave me in the past. I told him he was rude and try to help people if he is the face for this company for the customers. I got the equipment after 2 weeks. I called up customer care and told the incident. Operator lady was kind and heard my struggle, she came up with the same answer. I told her I need to complain against the person and nothing is against her or company. I understand these hard times we struggle to get staff and parts, there should be some one who can handle this situation. Overall not a good experience. This is my first negative review on google.
