We had an awful customer experience and when we brought it to the managers attention he really didn't care at all.
I felt like I was worthless since I already paid them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Initially, Katrina was reasonable, friendly, but after making an offer on a 4 Runner she never contacted me back. VERY unprofessional and kinda rude. I had to contact HER. They must be doing well. I bought a 4Runner in Williams Lake yesterday.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a good experience here, no pressure by sales staff. Katrina is great to work with, very friendly and helpful. Most dealerships just want you to buy bigger, better, pricier cars but she actually listened and worked to find the right vehicle for our needs. We are satisfied with our purchase, and the follow-up from them after the sale was made was a nice touch, felt our business was appreciated.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I brought my 2017 Toyota in for what I thought was a simple issue. I bought a new part and had it installed for $500- when I got my car back the issue was not fixed and I had a separate problem with it that I did not have before being in Toyota shop. I dropped it off at the dealership again, when I returned for a review of the issues(s) they told me that it was just a fluke that this part broke while my car was in their care and nothing was wrong with the part I just had them replace, but now I would need to spend $3500 fixing both problems now. I called the manager and relayed this info, but I never heard back. DO not take your car here for service or repair.
Edit 4/13/2022; Bottom line, my car was broken while in their care and they expect me to fix it at my cost and my heater cable that I already paid for does not work either.
