I ordered an item using Purolator "QuickShip" which is apparently advertised as 24 hour or next day delivery. Unfortunately I later found out that I live close to the warehouse the item was shipping from, but pickup was not an option. After waiting at home all day, because we all know Purolator drivers won't spend more than 5 seconds knocking on your door, I discovered that the item was shipped from the warehouse, sent to the Richmond sort facility an hour in the opposite direction of where I live where the status then changed to "Delayed in transit due to natural disaster". I thought this to be strange, as there were no natural disasters anywhere nearby, the item was only going to be shipped a short distance and it was expected to be delivered that same day. Given my confusion, I decided to contact Purolator to find out what was going on with the item I had paid for. After waiting on hold for 30 minutes I spoke with someone who took down my information before disconnecting the call. I then started from square one and proceeded to wait on hold for another 30 minutes and spoke with someone else who informed me that the "Delayed in transit due to natural disaster" was a processing error. She then proceeded to tell me that she did not know where my package was, if it was even on a truck or if/when it would be delivered. On top of it all, this is now the second time this has happened to me with Purolator and the second time I've gotten the "natural disaster delay" despite no natural disasters. Looking forward, I'll make sure I know what courier service a company uses and if it's Purolator, I'll push for an alternate option, even if that means picking it up myself. Purolator continues to prove time and time again how unreliable, unprofessional and clueless they really are.

I was wondering why Google doesn't provide zero stars! I have purchased a bed 43 day ago! and it has not delivered yet. It was supposed to be delivered by 2 days! When I track the shipment, it says it's delivered somewhere 10min away from me but it's stuck there for 4days. I called the costumer service, held for 15min and no option to call me back. Nobody was responding and had to hang up. I'm wondering why Amazon is still working with Purolator. *. Update: On the 58th day, I still have not received my 2-day shipping order from #Amazon. The product is delivered to Purolator Richmond 18 days ago which is only 15min away from my home. 18 days! They updated the order status 4 times each time saying "Address correction required"! I chatted and called every single time and they said they have the address and it's correct. I'm ordering 2-3 items each month from Amazon and received every single one of them, except for this one which Purolator is in charge of delivering. All I've got was fake updates every couple of days.

I always thought Purolator was a pretty bottom of the barrel delivery company. But I never used them...so this was just my own opinion. That is until about a week ago. For some reason one of my Amazon package was being delivered by Purolator. And of course they couldn't deliver it...which has never happened in my building and with all the other delivery companies. Since there are two 24/7 concierges...and enough units to have more than a bit of delivery activity everyday. They called me and said they need a buzzer, which also took almost a week from when they failed to deliver ...I told them about the concierge and the lady noted it over the phone. Then a few days later the package was sent back to sender. So it seems they didn't even attempt to make a second delivery. I hope I never have to deal with this company again and it goes bankrupt so nobody should have to deal with this :)

After few days of waiting and several calls at the customer service they told me at first they want me to reschedule the delivery, then my shipment could not be delivered because heavy weighted and after that they were not able to tell me if my package could be delivered or not even after speaking with a supervisor. I requested a stop for pickup and I load it by myself in my tiny car without any hassle. As customer I feel they do not care at all.

Was literally home waiting for my package that I urgently needed, only for them to not ring the doorbell and just put a sticker down and left. Call the office number and nobody picks up. Talked to an online representative only to be told that scheduling redelivery would be next week at the earliest. Seriously? Now I need to go drive all the way out there on another day to pick up my package when I take the day off waiting for it at home.

Choose their express service and they still leave my package at the airport office, did not deliver to my address at all!! Then why I need the express service??? Also, extreme slow service at their office, 3 staff inside but the line didn’t move at all. Wait outside and it’s cold, consider your customers.

Arrived at 2:46PM on a Sunday. I was 3rd in line but one the lady was good enough to look after my drop off quickly. Sorry no photo of the inside. The customer area is small if you ask me.

Great place, not sure why the ratings are low. It was as fast as can be, they went above and beyond what I asked for. They have strict guidelines to follow with COVID. Only 2 groups at a time inside the place. Massive facility. You can call and ask for your parcel to be held there for pick up. I would recommend picking up if you need it urgently.
