Firstly, this was the only place in Edmonton that I could find that had the selection of kyte colors I was looking for, I ended up getting the lagoon color sleep bag in 0-6M. It's beautiful and my baby loves it. Secondly, I bought this online due to covid as I am limiting my outings with my baby therefore I opted for the item to be shipped. What blew me away was the item was dropped off at my door a few hours later ?. If that isn't amazing customer service I don't know what is. We will be purchasing much more from your boutique in the near future. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have ordered twice from The Princess and the Pea online and both times I received the items in lightening time. All the items were packaged perfectly and really impressed with the quality of items. Moreover, they had stock and selection I couldn't find anywhere else (Stonz winter boots in the right size and a discontinued colour of a jelly cat bunny for my niece). I wish they came up in more google searches because the shipping was free over 60$ spend! I will always check here for toys or gear before indigo or sport check.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered a $550 Canada Goose snowsuit for my son and when it came a couple of days ago, it was covered in dirt and had clearly been used (the photo shows an example on the knee but the dirt marks are all over). I emailed the owner about a return but have not heard back. Not sure if she thought I wouldn’t bother because I live in Ontario. I’ve ordered from small shops all over Canada and have never experienced anything like this, my advice is to stay away.
