★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dont come here if you plan on buying more than 5 of ANYTHING in store. Was told by cashier jenn that everything in the store is limit to 5. (Which is obviously not true) Will definitely be bringing this to corporates attention, they had no signs in place anywhere to limit my purchases and still refused half my cart because I wanted to buy rainbocorns for my family and extended family. I was waiting for corporates phone call and they told me store is closed and I have to leave. Absurd.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This store is being sneaky at the till. After asking if I would like to donate and having me say no, they charged me for donation on my receipt anyways. When I disputed it they refused to do anything about it. Although I don't mind donating to a worthy cause I don't want to have my words not heard. If I say no it means no you may not add it to my receipt anyways. I will toy shop elsewhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Still a good place to buy toys , went shopping their for one of my family members . Haven't been to a ToysRUs in years . It hasn't change much . Toys Change and the emphasis of what type of toys kids are playing with changes but its still a great all round toy store to shop in.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This location is well organized and tidy. Don't worry about long line ups, they go really fast. Great deals from time to time. They have everything from new born clothes and accessories to video games for teens.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I come all the time. Nice, clean and bright store. I never have to wait long in line when I have to pay. Good selection of toys. Sales on items are ok. Most time what I’m looking for I can’t find or it’s gone. When ever I want to buy something there’s no price tag. Really annoying when you have a kid with you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lady with grey hair working in the babies section that “assisted” me in the crib area was VERY rude when we asked about a crib she immediately told us that if we didn’t have a truck it wouldn’t fit. She made us feel as if we weren’t able to even purchase it and figure it out ourselves if it didn’t fit. We settled on a different crib but turns out because of my trunk hatch being wider than most vehicles the box would have fit fine with EXTRA room. I had read the website measurements that clearly state the measurements of the assembly & the “item” measurements and when I brought that up she told me that I was wrong & continued to shut us down. Will not be returning to this location.
