Horrible experience. Looked online said it was open at 9:30am. I went there for 9:30am and it was not open and on the door it said 10am. I was like alright 30 minutes isn’t that bad. When the staff arrived they informed me that they actually open at 10:30am and that no walk ins are allowed until 1pm. I’ve never been so disappointed with a clinic. Considering some of these people are supposed to be trained professionals maybe they should go back to school because they need help with organization. Waste of time. I’d recommend for everyone to look elsewhere. Thank you, Sarah

I had a very bad experience with the doctor who worked here. He was very poor at diagnosing the disease and he is also very racists. He spoke angrily to me about politics, and I was in pain...

Absolutely Terrible! I have been to this walk in clinic on 2 occasions. Not only are the wait times horrid but the doctor is very rude. On both occasions I was told it would be one hour to see the doctor yet waited close to 2.5 hrs. The front reception is helpless and was unable to tell me how much time was remaining after the 2hr mark. Like do you not know some people have to go back to work or get back to their day?!?! Even worse the doctor doesn't care about you and instead asks you why you waste his time visiting him for having "a sore throat". Also he will not listen to what you have to say. He told me to simply drink some water. Please now has he been assuming I have been living in a desert my entire life? This is Canada the country rich in water and he thinks I could not have thought of drinking water when having a sore throat? How does he even qualify to be a doctor? HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED!

I've never had an issue with this clinic. Very professional and has helped me out multiple times when I've gone. It is walk-in but if you are someone who worries about wait times then you can make an appointment which is more organized and will give you more time to get helped. Also, his main work is as an emergency room doctor, so if you find he is more in a hurry it's because he got called and they need him there, it's a higher priority. He does make plenty of time when he is available to run his clinic in Ottawa and tries to help everyone that he can since he is the only doctor there.

I had a very good experience at this clinic. The clinic is very organized, clean, and the waiting time is ideal. I did not have to wait long before seeing the doctor. The front desk was friendly, the doctor was very professional, smart, and also friendly. He was able to diagnose and treat me right away. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone who wants an excellent medical service.

I needed a family doctor, so I called their office and asked if they accepted new patients and they said they did. I made an appointment with Dr. Grondin and after I got there, I had to wait 2 hours until he arrived. When I was finally called in, the doctor was not welcoming at all and asked me to close the door. With a frown, he asked me if my name was "blank" and pronounced it wrong even though my name is short and easy to pronounce and kept pronouncing it wrong until I finally told him. He then asked "Are you Indian?" and I replied "No, I am from somewhere else." He then mentioned that he could not accept me as a patient because he has lots of patients (although on the phone, they said they were accepting new patients). I also had a couple papers with my diagnosis from a pervious test and it stated my history on one paper and the actual diagnosis on the other. Without even looking at the actual diagnosis, he read my history and proceeded to say that I have "blank" disease, although it clearly stated that I thankfully did not have that disease. He once again told me not to get offended, but he could not accept me as a patient. This appointment took about 5-10 minutes, but it was honestly a huge waste of a sick person's time. There is seriously no need to be racist in a country where there are people of many races and cultures. I have no respect for people like that. I am not sure how he is considered a doctor, because it seems like he does not have the proper knowledge, as well as morality. From reading other reviews, it seems like many others agree (rude, late, wrong diagnoses and prescriptions, etc.), so please avoid at all costs!

Great family doctor and staff. Dr Alhoussan is knowledgeable and to the point. He has recommended my husband and myself to see specialists promptly when needed and followed up with the end results.

I have gotten my lips done over here in this clinic. The lip filler was placed in the wrong spot and currently there is a huge noticeable ball in the middle of my mouth where the other places have nothing. I have tried calling the clinic several time in order to book an appointment to see how this can be fixed. The clinic every time told me that she cant find me in the system even tho i gave her the exact name and date and time that i have visited the clinic. However everytime she refused to book for me an appointment. Everyone that i have been seeing has been commenting on how bad the lip filler has been placed and that i should take action and get it fixed somewhere else to prevent any further mistakes from this clinic - Naia Almoudareys
