The technology has obviously advanced since I purchased my last hearing aids, and the ListenUp office is obviously using state of the art equipment and procedures to measure hearing loss. My many questions were clearly answered. I was given options that were explained, and this allowed me to choose the best hearing aids for my situation. The level of professionalism I received from Yang Huang gave me much confidence that I had made the right choice to use ListenUp to test my hearing and buy my new hearing aids.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff were pleasant. But they assured us it would take a day or two to get results to the doctor. It took 4 weeks. Did I mention the doctor is on the same building as Hearing Life?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ OUTSTANDING is almost an understatement. Yang was very knowledgeable and detailed with the whole process. We have had quite a few visits with the very same outstanding service. The office staff is very friendly. I felt cared for, listened to and all my questions had answers. I love my hearing aids. Although it is my first experience with these, I adapted immediately. The expertise, the experience, the service, the price, all were outstanding. I am beyond satisfied.
