T	Telling it Like it Is on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Appletree medical goes out of its way to redefine incompetence. There are so many other better clinics out there. Their locations are physically rundown and dirty, and they are definitely have no understanding of client care.

G	GTA5 FAN on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Longest wait time of my life! Registered at 8:30am, with only 6 people ahead of me. They finally called me into a room at 12pm (that’s 4 and a half hrs). To then be stuck waiting an other hr and 15 min in the room waiting to be seen by the dr! I didn’t leave until 2pm. This is a full 6hrs!
R	Rovin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waiting may seem like forever on some days but they really do work as fast as they can. There were times when I went in thinking I would be there for 30 mins and it ended up being over an hour. Clear your morning schedule if you can as this happens on multiple locations.
R	Riyana Mir on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Baranick is a limited practice physician who lost many of his privileges after a complaint of professional misconduct. I don't understand why the CPSO didn't take away his license instead of imposing all these stupid restrictions on him that hinders his ability to HELP people in need. Unfortunately, this is the only doctor available for walk-in at this clinic. I don't have any idea why, or how he got hired in the first place, but if he's allowed to be a doctor, THE ONLY DOCTOR HERE, then I'm sure that all of us will be able to achieve our dreams some day. Yes, I did wait 2 hours for a prescription refill. No, I didn't read the sign properly and assumed that they could still help me. After all, isn't this the point of a walk in clinic? Anyways, let's all pray that better walk in clinics come to Ottawa one day.

Appletree is a scam and should be defunded by the government for the shady piece of trash business that it is. They don't care about providing any health service at all. They only care about booking as many appointments and rushing through them as quick as possible to maximize their profit. Great to see hard working Ontarian's tax dollars at work (I am being sarcastic)! If I could give them zero stars, I would.

And then no one came and saw me for an hour, when i went outside the room to see what's going on, they told me the doctor wasn't going to see me. Didn't even come and talk to me. Completely unprofessional. He rather see his clients that can pay him (covid tests, vaccination tests) than any patient covered by OHIP
M	Muna White on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst walk in clinic of all time. The nurses and doctors are slower than a sloth. I arrived at 9AM. From 9AM to 11:30AM I was waiting in the waiting room. Then from 11:30am to 12:30pm I was waiting in the doctors office, but no doctor or nurse came to check in on me. I’m confused as to how such a service is still standing tbh, if my family doctor was available I would have gone to see them because at least they wouldn’t have me wait 4hrs just to be seen and heard about my medical condition. I DO NOT recommend coming here. If you don’t have time to waste and you’re experiencing some severe medical affects. You’re better off going to a different walk in clinic or the hospital. The service is beyond ridiculous
