★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Check out their mangoes! Very delicious bubble tea here. Fast service and so many choices. It’s nice to see every staff wear mask and sanitize menus & pos machine regularly. Located in the mall so parking is not a problem. But they really do need to put “Presotea” up there instead of yogurt delight.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There was a bit of a lineup when I visited but the line moved really quickly. I enjoyed their brown sugar grass jelly latte a lot. I like how I can customize my drink to change the amount of sugar and ice. I ordered half sugar and I think next time I'll even try less sugar as a healthier option.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have good teas , very much do so like it my only dislike is the fact that you cannot pay separately and what I mean by that is paying with half cash and half with credit card. I do recommend that to happen since I really dig for some bubble tea but in general it’s a good place !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ worst customer service ever. never prioritize the people who line up first. the waiting time for lining up is not worth the wait for the drinks that you will get. this place and the employee never do costumer service. i was in line for good 20mins and she let other newly customer get serve first! put a proper marker for the line up!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm really disappointed 1200 St. Laurent Blvd, Ottawa, ON K1K 3B8 location, I am a regular customer I always order the mango cheese cloud , which always comes with the mango chucks. The worker was arguing saying the recipe doesn't come with the chunks. She was yelling saying is wasnt her fault. She was blaming all other stores for making the drinks wrong and not following the recipe. When it's her thats making the mistake. She wouldn't refund my money or fix the order. I am very disappointed. Horrible customer experience. I never had this issue with any location in Ottawa.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I Made a 2 star review about their brown sugar milk tea a few months ago and I wasn’t planing on going back after they did not make my drink right twice! But today I went and there was a wonderful young male employee who made me this watermelon cheese cloud, very delicious! I wish they could hire more people like him. He’s doing an amazing job. The two ladies who messed up my drinks a few months ago, I hope they get more training.
