What a joke this place, I don’t understand how some of the staff got a position here. No consideration for people’s time nor any respect. Everything and anything that doesn’t go right in this place is COVID’s fault, they can’t even use their common sense. The Health care system in Ottawa is going downhill and this place is speeding up the process. This place should not be operating with the current staff. Please find a new excuse for the new year, your COVID card has been used and abused.

Within 15 mins of my doctor’s office sent my referral. I had gotten a call from them with an appointment. Staff treated me with great care as well as clinic takes great precautions for the Covid-19 pandemic.

I was there for immigration medical exam . My appointment was at 9 and I was sent at 11.10 . And I saw they sent the people who booked for 10 before me because they were single and I was with my husband. They excuse was that today 2 families with kids came and they wasnt scheduled and thats why it took long . It seems more than 2 groups of medical service peovider are working there together. Its a melting pot there. First when you arrive receptionists ask you if you are comming for imigration processes and they'll send you out to sit out side which is so rude and racist. I attached the photo . People should wait in coffee shop area. we waited for an hour and when we fallowed up with the receptionist abd said that we have to get back to work and just tell us how much more we should wait to be able to reschedule our meetings, she was so rud and said just go out and wait and we dont deal with the immigration processes directly and you should wait outside. There is nothing I can do for you . Long story short, it was aweful . Don't go there ! Waste of time .

I’m shocked at all the bad reviews. This place is amazing. My dr upstairs is amazing and the team works together very well. I have never experienced a bad thing at this whole building.

DONT GO HERE FOR A MAMMOGRAM. I now have a Stage 3 breast cancer tumour and have to undergo 4+ months of chemotherapy before surgery because someone here didn't do her job properly a year ago ( i.e. forward my history to the reviewing Radiologist) and thus an Ultrasound wasn't requisitioned when it should have been to detect any small lumps in dense breast tissue. We were going to do a road trip with our bikes from Ottawa to PEI, New Brunswick, and Nova Scotia this summer. Instead I'm starting 18 weeks of chemotherapy in Edmonton for breast cancer because PREMIER IMAGING in Orleans, Ottawa didn't follow up a routine Mammogram in Feb 2021 with an Ultrasound. Neither did the Appletree MediCentre Dr. in Ottawa who should have reviewed the Mammogram results. I trusted the Mammogram was enough. After all, it was reviewed by prominent Ottawa Radiologist Dr. Seeley, and I even had my *entire* previous Mammogram history from Edmonton sent to Premier Imaging so the Radiologist would have it for comparison/reference. My mammogram was first thing in the morning, and I noted that the Mammogram Tech was unusually and visibly nervous and stressed out (like hands shaking and fumbling with papers nervous). From her questions, she had obviously not reviewed my previous Mammogram history. She also obviously did not send it to the Radiologist because if she did, the Radiologist would have ordered an Ultrasound based on my past history which showed I had a previous biopsy, and dense breast tissue. I was 55 at the time...higher risk age range. "Incompetent" was intuitive feeling I had about the Mammogram Tech based on how nervous she was and the uninformed questions she asked me ...."So you've had breast cancer before?" she asked me. "Um....No" I replied. "As my records show, I had a previous biopsy which was negative. Fast forward a year later and I was diagnosed with a Stage 3 triple negative breast cancer tumour in Edmonton. DON'T TRUST ANYONE IN THIS DEVASTED POST-COVID NIGHTMARE HEALTH CARE SYSTEM. A MAMMOGRAM ALONE IS NOT ENOUGH. INSIST ON A BREAST ULTRASOUND... EVERY TIME. It can make the difference between STAGE 1 DETECTION (minor surgery) AND STAGE 3-4 DETECTION (4.5 months of chemotherapy, a full mastectomy). I am lucky it was caught a year later at stage 2-3 and has not metastisized. ADVOCATE FOR YOURSELF LADIES. DEMAND AN ULTRASOUND EVERYTIME.

This was the worst experience! I have a requisition that clearly reads “ Ultrasound Left Shoulder”. R/o RC Tear. The technician argued with me that it is supposed to be my right shoulder and kept saying are you sure it is your left as your doctor wrote it was you right shoulder! Then proceed to tell me I don’t know anything and I don’t know anatomy! Seriously! Then did only a portion of my rotator cuff then grabbed a reefed my arm! I screamed! I am there because I can’t lift my arm out sideways and she is telling me there is nothing wrong with you. Now I had to get a new requisition from my doctor to go elsewhere. Another day I have to miss hours from work.DON’T GO THERE,

I can’t think of a better place to go to for blood work and ultrasounds other than Premier imaging. They have the best service, reasonable prices and really great staff. I recommend 10/10.

Had my ultrasounds scheduled at 8 am today. They were very organized and everything ran smoothly. The staff were very kind and pleasant. Really nice building with nice offices and patient rooms. I didn't get any reminders like their website claims, but luckily I'm able to keep track of my appointments myself. Overall a very pleasant experience.
