I brought a car in for an insurance inspection on a Friday morning - this was a replacement for someone whose vehicle was totaled by another car/driver. We knew it would need some work, so that was no surprise. Shahraz went through it quickly and thoroughly. Some of the necessary parts weren't available locally, so after confirming what work it needed, and getting our authorization to go ahead, he told us it could take until Monday to be done.
What makes the experience great? First - I'm pretty sure he has the lowest labour rate in the city, and was very reasonable on pricing for the inspection as well.
Next - he went above and beyond - he personally traveled into Calgary to pick up parts that couldn't be delivered that day - so it could be inspected, repaired and declared roadworthy the SAME DAY.
To top it all off, the final invoice was actually a bit LOWER than the estimate. Some smaller things he just didn't charge for, which was incredibly unexpected.
Overall, a great experience with an honest and very-reasonably priced shop!

He got me new winter tires and rims at a great price and was able to patch my flat tire on my summer tires. He is so wonderful to deal with and was very fast and efficient. Please go see them for all your vehicle needs!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was on a time crunch and I had to get my vehicle serviced before the long weekend. Not only did he get me in but completed the job ahead of schedule. Shahraz is professional, knowlegdable and dedicated with great customer service. Definately worth the 45 min drive for me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pros: Shop was open on Sunday when I needed to get my alignment done due to my tight schedule, and was able to have the car in right away which was quite nice. Have a long distance trip to go on next day after replacing all the suspension/steering components so want to make sure it drives straight and won't have any abnormal tire wear.
Cons: The tech did not do a very thorough job and only adjusted the toe, which while the most important wasn't the whole job. The camber is still uneven between sides and, was unchanged before and after. The side that I would have liked adjusted had a camber adjustment bolt already installed so it would have been trivial for him to do it. When I asked him about it he said he never even noticed it. The castor was also out of spec, while I am OK with where it's at, some attempt could have been made there also. All the bolts that would have needed to be loosened had all been removed recently when I was doing the R&R of the components.
For the price I paid I think a little more effort could have been made to get things right.

I got a really good deal on the vehicle and they worked with me to get a new set of winter tires & a new windshield at a reasonable price. The customer service was excellent and I am extremely happy that even though they are temporary closed (he is looking for a new physical location), I was referred to a nearby shop for a repair. They could of easily ignored my text but instead they helped me find the part I needed and they arranged with the other shop to get it installed at a fair price. I am extremely impressed and I will 100% recommend them. I hope they find a new location soon because their repeated acts of kindness have earned them a loyal customer.
