★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prompt, friendly, knowledgeable and reasonable. My machine shed had a makeshift 110V extension cord running to it. Impact, at my call, was fast to respond to my needs and update to a proper 220V line. Impact clearly knew what they doing and answered any questions or concerns that I had.
They are clearly professional.
