I have had not-so-great experiences in the past at other facilities with my two male Bernese Mountain Dogs (who have both passed away), and so when we got our new Berner puppy this August and wanted to find a local puppy daycare to help our little guy with socialization, I did my research and found Four on the Floor. When I reached out via email, Rhonda was very responsive and answered all my questions, and really put me at ease. We decided to try our puppy out with a 1/2 day daycare at Four on the Floor to see how he would do. When he went for his first session, I was really impressed by how friendly and knowledgeable the staff were, and how they treated my nervous little guy! When I went to pick him up after his first session, he was having so much fun playing with the others dogs that he could care less that I was there to pick him up! It was so comforting to see. We have continued to bring him in for daycare for the past few weeks, and he absolutely LOVES his daycare days there. It is so nice to be able to drop him off to play and get some exercise and NOT have to worry about him or feel anxious. This has really been the most important thing for me, feeling confident that my puppy is in great hands and is well taken care of and the gang at Four on the Floor really have stepped up, made my pup feel at home and put my mind at ease. Highly recommend!!
c	cobrajet01 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Managed to clip a stubborn dog's nails which is no easy feat as he is a 100 lb dog if he doesn't want to do it he won't make it easy as our vet has said lol. Good job.

Mercedes is now 13 months old and has just passed her certification for therapy service. Mercedes was extremely hard to manage. Christine and I were at a point of giving up. On a walk she pulled so hard i fell and twisted my back . It took weeks of chiropractor appointments. If it wasn't for the professional training classes I'm sure we would have surrendered the dog. A trained dog has surely made our home a happy home. Now Mercedes will be putting many smiles on peoples faces as she goes to work as a service dog.

They all understand the needs of every dog and help with basic training. From nail trims to grooming to group off leash walks or just even daycare.the staff is amazing !!

Having had some less than stellar experiences at off-leash dog parks, we decided to try daycare instead. I can tell how much happier and calmer my dog is on a regular basis after getting the enrichment of going here. Staff are very knowledgeable about dog behavior and if a dog needs extra accommodation, they make it happen. They go above and beyond. Would highly recommend.
