They are very friendly and helpful and the service is second to none. They are moving to a new location soon and we will be following them to the new location.

I was thrilled to see Lazlow, come out looking happy and handsome, and the staff interaction with the animals was reassuring. Well its time to head home soon, and where to get Lazlow prettied up was a no brainer, once again he came out like a superstar, and he was allowed to roam the spotless salon, as they said he didn't like being in the holding cage. Chico got his nails clipped for the trip while i picked up the prince, chico was serenaded while being gently and lovingly clipped. I cant travel every 3 months from ontario to get this pampering done but i would if i could. Great job guys.
A	Adrianne Streibel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We loved Pretty Paws for both of our dogs, the results were consistently excellent and you could tell the groomers loved their charges! Unfortunately on our last visit in September, we were made to feel unwelcome because one of our pups was too noisy. This hadn't been a problem before (though we acknowledge that he can be obnoxiously talkative, especially when kenneled). It's 100% possible he was having a bad day and they have the right to open a dialogue about strategic correction- if anyone would have good suggestions, it would be a groomer! But it was disappointing to be made to feel that we Couldn't come back until he was less of a 'problem'. We've since taken both our pups elsewhere and heard nothing but good since, so while I'm sad we won't be returning because of the excellent quality of service, I'm more content knowing that we'll have open discussion on any concerns, and the relationship will be preserved.

Watching them interact with my dog during drop off and pick up showed me just how much they truly care for your pet , and their customer service is amazing ! The facilities are super clean ! I would recommend them any day! Thank you so much
