Side note: I appreciated all the precautions she takes to ensure everything is clean and complying with Covid-19 restriction.

She has an exquisite eye for detail and is meticulous in all aspects of her business. She carefully follows all Covid requirements, treats everyone with the utmost respect and is all around incredibly professional.
