Great customer service, He walked me trough every step of the way and worked with my crazy schedule to get the truck back to me when i returned to town from work. The crew went above and beyond and returned my Truck looking as if it was right off the lot, 5/5 star job macco !

Had it brought home and arranged for Maaco to try and fix damage incurred by all the people trying to steal it. First they had it safety inspected it. Then eventually went to town repairing locks and dents and paint. They even replaced the passenger door because it was truly a mess.
Then after they sweetened it by detailing it.
This was completed with the wonderful assistance of my insurer, Wawanesa. Peter at Maaco in Airdrie even redid something he did not think was up to snuff and brought it back into the shop to make it right. That is what I call excellant service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a great experience at Maaco Airdrie. We were on a budget and wanted our entire SUV painted black (it was gold before). Peter gave us a fixed price and stuck to it, and delivered much more value than we had expected. Communication was excellent with photos delivered along the way. There were a couple of surprises that came up during disassembly. Peter's team found rust on the two front fenders - we chose to replace them at minimal cost. The Maaco team found hail damage which was very difficult to see, but would definitely show up once painted black - insurance covered the hail damage repairs. In the end, we could not believe how well the paint job turned out. We felt like we drove away in a brand new vehicle which was shiny, black and well detailed. Thanks Peter and Maaco team!

Peter had replaced the opposing one in the summer and gave me a heads up that it’s a common issue with my age of vehicle - so when it started going I wasn’t surprised. Even when the supplier sent the wrong part, Peter was on it and got the right one straight away with no delay in getting my vehicle back to me. They also cleaned it & it looks amazing! Thank you Peter & Staff!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hands down the best out there. Peter and his crew did and absolutely amazing job on my truck. Not only was the work done at the highest level but the customer service was the same. It took a few mins longer then expected to wash so Peter went and filled the tank for me. Absolutely above and beyond! If you go anywhere else you have made a very poor decision. 6⭐️
