Fantastic, friendly, professional service. The receptionist is very knowledgeable and friendly to deal with, got our van booked in and answered all of the questions i had. Mike who worked on our Van also took some extra time to show me what he had found and explained the process how he went about fixing it. He even showed me the old parts that had to be replaced, and was great to talk to as well. I can absolutely recommend taking your vehicle here! 6 stars.

Just the most honest, kind people we have ever taken our vehicles to. They seem to care about the people who own the vehicles and take the time to discuss what is going on with the vehicle. You don't find many businesses like this anymore . We will definitely be continuing our services with them.

Have taken my Toyota Highlander here and now my Mazda CX9. I am not a car saavy individual and often get nervous that I will get fleeced by mechanics because of my inexperience. I have had questionable work done by other shops in the past and I am so glad that I discovered Airdrie Automotive. The office is clean, the woman at the reception is so friendly and welcoming and a great communicator. The work done has always been quality and the prices seem really fair. In fact, the last time I went in I had wanted then to install a block heater. Turns out there was a little block heater tucked away that the mechanics found so they called me and I picked up the vehicle that day. They could have just installed the block heater anyways and charged me the $400+ Instead, it cost me nothing. This speaks to their honesty and professionalism. I couldn't be happier with their services and have recommended them to my family and friends.

I have had three vehicles serviced and repaired here. I would not go anywhere else in Airdrie. They also assisted with the inspection of a used vehicle I was purchasing. They are very fairly priced and I appreciate the communication on what needs to be done for repairs and what is on the horizon for upcoming maintenance.

After working for dealers and independent shops for the majority of my life, i have been very skeptical about other shops handling my vehicles. Even moreso when the car is a classic that I've built from the ground up. I had just got my firebird on the road after 12 years and the last thing it needed was an alignment and front tires. After many hours of vetting other nearby shops, i decided to take it here. I dropped it off knowing full well that they were going to tell me the tie rods were no good. I received a call and sure enough, Mike told me i needed new tie rods and a center link. This was good news as i know they were actually looking at the car instead of just performing work outlined. All work was completed and i was called periodically with updates on the progress. Unfortunately, as hard as they looked, they could not find any tires in the size i requested, to which i confirmed via multiple other companies. My tire was an odd size that is not carried regularly. I settled on my backup size and they had the tires on and the car ready to go. They even cleaned off the blue coating on the white tire lettering. A service that i was greatful for as i hate cleaning that stuff off. The tires looked great, the car was taken very good care of. I did not make it easy for them with the type of car i brought them. Unfortunately i do not remember the service advisor/receptionists name, but she was very pleasant to deal with. Mike is very knowledgeable and professional. I noticed that he greets customers by name which gives me the impression and feeling that this is one of your family run, honest shops, while maintaining a professional feeling atmosphere. I would look forward to taking any one of my vehicles back here and i would recommend them to anybody searching for a trustworthy and professional facility.

Best Shop for inspection . had such a great experience for my out of province car inspection . I called store to get my inspection along with insurance asking to do another inspection for my car since its more than 10 year old . the owner was super awesome to just do both the services in inspection cost . he also dropped and picked me from my home which was very kind . definitely recommending to friends in future and i will also visit for my car needs
