★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NAPA's business model is to stock parts and assist customers in identifying required parts. Nothing is ever in stock and when parts are ordered in they are consistently wrong. Offering a standard exchange policy is irrelevant and does NOT solve the issue of 4 hours of wasted time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As some other reviewers say, it really depends who you get at the front desk. The guy I dealt with was rude and unhelpful. I asked about getting correct replacement bulbs (for side marker lights) on my vehicle, but according to the guy side marker lights don't exist on vehicles.
He didn't ask about the bulb type, just silent like I asked something absurd. Not thinking much of it, I gave the bulb details anyway and was then corrected on the pronunciation of the bulb brand name. Obvious at that point it was clear the guy didn't want to be there.
When the customer is being the friendly one and gets attitude back, it's not a great first impression. In the end I bought the bulbs, but won't be returning to this NAPA location again in future.
