★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I didn't like it at all. They told me I needed a brake job and I took it somewhere else. Nothing wrong with my brakes. They told me struts and shocks 2000 dallor. All Fits auto said 1300. Big difference

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tha fan in my Journey had quit working. I called Highland Automotive this morning and they were able to accommodate my car. When the mechanic checked it, the fan had begun working again. He said it was likely the motor but he wasnt going to fix what wasnt broken. He didnt even charge me for his time. I will definitely go there again.

I had an issue with my truck that couldn't wait and Daryl not only fit me in, but stayed an hour afterwards to ensure everything was running properly. Awesome service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My truck was in shop for only 90 minutes and all they had to do was disable the remote start. I eliminated three possible issues myself by replacing the fuel pump,mass air flow sensor and idle air control valve. I mentioned this to them when I brought the truck in and so it was pretty simple when the scanner indicated problems with the remote starter. They permanently disabled the remote starter (probably by cutting the wires, which i don't mind because I never used the remote starter) and it cost 375.38. I usually take my truck to a mechanic that works out of his garage for 50.00/hour, been with him for 6 years and has always been great but couldn't schedule a time with him this round. I know it's not completely fair to Highland because they did fix the issue, but my mechanic said he would have done it for free that's how easy the job was, or if he was gonna charge me, no more than 100.00. You can see why incidents like this puts a bad taste in people's mouths.
