★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When setting up the appointment given I was being towed in, the initial contact had indicated there was a possibility that I would be looked at on Tuesday afternoon. It became apparent that I would not be looked at on Tuesday, however, it was communicated that Wednesday would be the day. Unfortunately, as Wednesday progressed, I naturally assumed my vehicle was being looked after, and it was only late in the day when I started to suspect it wouldn’t even be Wednesday. I did make a call at one point and came away with the understanding that you were very very busy. Had I needed my vehicle on Thursday, I would’ve been looking for a loaner because there was a lack of communication on the part of DAVIS. While I understand you are busy, communicating and/or discussing the timeline for service, would have been beneficial. Regular contact with the customer is key.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My first experience at this dealership/service centre for an oil change was great! One of the salesmen kindly directed me to the service doors. One of the guys in the service centre who did intake etc was very nice and informative. The young guy who completed the oil change was very kind and helpful - also very efficient. We will be back :)

He was fantastic at communicating everything, and was so accommodating with both our little one, and our hectic schedules! He made everything so easy for us! It was a great experience!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have to say that this is the first dealership I have dealt with, with such amazing service. Lisa is my service advisor, she keeps me informed and updated. Yesterday when I explained I needed my vehicle back by a certain time, this place made sure the fix was done in time today to be able to take my son to kindergarten. I could go on about my experiences here like how I never have to ask for quotes and things like that, honestly the list of great things I have notices with this organization would be to long to fit here. I have purchase my fair share of vehicles, and booked manny in for service, but none of the dealers compare to Davis. I used to dread taking vehicles to the dealer for any work, thank you guys for restoring my faith. Everyone from shuttle drivers, service advisor, technicians, reception and so on, thank you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When I started the process of looking for a vehicle, I was dealing with a Calgary dealership, huge mistake. They jerked me around and I walked. Got in touch with Spencer and it was a completely different experience. Sat down with Spencer and discussed what I was looking for, and he went to work. He called me a couple weeks later and told me the status of the truck we’d ordered, then told me he had an identical one that just came available, except a different colour. Other salesman were NOT also trying to deal on the truck (unlike the dealership in Calgary). He gave me time to decide if it was what I wanted. When I went in to pick up the truck, he was great to deal with. Everything was ready on the truck. Tyler walked us through everything on the new truck, showed us all the features. Great overall experience. Davis started their operations in a small town, they still have small town values.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Davis has always treated me well from the beginning when I purchased my Traverse to the oil changes and my most recent all over check up. All the service personnel are knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. I haven’t had any problems booking appointments that work with my schedule. I have used their shuttle service a few times to get me home and back. The shuttle drivers are all very pleasant and I enjoy the ride. 10/10 for Davis!

I understood exactly what the issues were based on the dealership’s explanation of it and the final quote was exactly what was promised. Honesty and integrity is what I took from my service experience. Even my shuttle service was pleasant. I’ve already booked my next service and happy to call Davis Chevrolet my trusted dealership for all my vehicle needs.

Keith in sales is excellent! Very pleasant to deal with and no pressure whatsoever. Glenn Locke was amazing and went above and beyond! More then pleased with both of them.
I would definitely purchase from them again!
