J	J Bog76 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For three hours, young kids (a ringette team) were running up and down the hall, yelling, slamming doors, and knocking on doors, with no parents around. I called the front desk to ask if they could do anything, but the woman seemed annoyed that I called and nothing was done. We had to be up early the next day, but the commotion continued until well past 11 pm. If you like sleep, you should probably pick a different hotel that has thicker walls and tries to control its out of control guests. Did I mention the barking dog? Worst hotel stay ever.
K	Kaeden F on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very clean and spacious room! The lady at the desk working in the evening on june 6th 2022 was super kind and quick to get me checked in and I hope she gets recognized! Sad to see the person in front of me storm out on her because she was awesome! :)
D	Dayna Vucurevich on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our 1st floor room had a kitchenette and lots of space! 1 door to the hallway and 1 to the parking lot which was super convenient. The entire town of Westlock was sold out and the staff at Ramada were very accommodating with our ringette team. Plenty of breakfast options and coffee and tea available all day.
T	The Pink Apron Cookware on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The part I really liked about this hotel was they let us check into our room at 11 o’clock in the morning from a different hotel where we had a terrible experience- it was greatly appreciated! I loved the layout of our room- it was spacious and most importantly you know that they taking the cleanliness and sanitation seriously. Rates were very affordable but they made sure that you are provided with a 5 star service that is why you also deserved my 5 star rating! Over all we had a good night sleep and will definitely come back and recommend this hotel to our friends, family and co-workers!
D	Deb H on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I can't say enough good things about this hotel! The front desk staff everyday was amazing and super friendly. They were very accommodating. We got the suite with 2 queen beds and pullout couch, with small kitchenette. It was very clean and a perfect size. I would definitely stay here again. My only complaint is that the chlorine in the pool is very strong to the point it hurts your eyes but the pool was warm, hot tub was very relaxing. Grandkids loved the slide.
