K	Kat H on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in early (as everyone should) and hardly waited at all. Courtney was my technician and was extremely kind and gentle. She was able to make an awkward experience comfortable. Very happy I came here.
S	S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NEVER GO TO THIS CLINIC. not only did the ultrasound tech make a point to turn up the sound and said "see no heartbeat" she also had the screen pointed to me so I could watch my embryo without a heartbeat... I am disgusted by the treatment I received here. That tech deserves to lose her job. One star is far too generous for this establishment. Both my husband and I were handled without an ounce of compassion other than when reception apologized for what happened during our visit. I refuse to ever return to this clinic.
M	Mrs. Forde on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My apt. Was for a 11 and got postponed to 1pm with a supposed phone call to a number I haven't had since 2008/9 when all my paper work had up to date number. Then I can only receive my ultrasound on a disc with today's technology I wasn't able to have a print off when new computers rarely come with a disc player now adays. Got home to a computer that could use discs and disc didn't even work nothing on it waste of 20$ they sent another in the mail nothing. The ultrasound gel is not warmed up like other locations I've experienced. I've come back to update this review because it was the last ultrasound I had before my daughter came 3 months early. My dr had been told everything looked fine.... When I got to a hospital to have my daughter 3months early they could not believe no one had said my daughter was not properly gaining weight etc and I should of been on bed rest. I felt like garbage having not known this. But could not of known as I cannot read an ultrasound. Very disappointing and lucky my daughter came out okay. But I was shamed by the hospital for not knowing. Even though we were told everything was fine. This was the last ultrasound I'd had before she came. I spoke with my dr and she had not been told anything was wrong? I'm not sure where the fault lies but not a great experience.

However, Sabrina and Ruth went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. Feel very grateful to have such a caring medical building close by especially during my pregnancy. Thank you!
L	Laura Rogers on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing 20 week ultrasound experience with Courtney. She was efficient and very personable. After a not great 12 week ultrasound with another tech, she went above and beyond to rectify that experience for me, and sent me home with an awesome picture of my 21 week old baby. I would highly recommend Courtney to any expectant mothers for your upcoming ultrasounds. The receptionist was also very friendly (I didn’t catch her name).

She described everything she was going to do before she did it, asked his permission, showed him the screen, let him test the gel on his hand to understand what it would feel like, and talked to him about his interests. She was personable, knowledgeable and genuine.
