★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avoid at all costs...agreed to one cost, by the end it was almost double what was initially agreed upon. Communication was poor and the owner has very poor customer service skills.
We had water issues on our property which attributed to the cost increase, but he sold us a solution that didn't work and after dealing with the City after the fact, wasn't needed...so basically we spent an extra $30,000 on a solution that was never needed and as someone who said he spent the last 15 years building pools, this should be known...I feel like we were scammed so avoid at all costs.
