I	Ieva Ivanauskyte (Mia) on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I barely leave comments, but this company is not even worth 1 star.... I've called them about a month ago as I needed a taxi. I have been told it'll be 30min. 30min passed - no taxi. Called again, then they're saying it'll be another 10min. Ok, I wait another 10min, still no taxi... I call after 10 min, and I get yelled at that I'm the first one on their list and HANG UP ON ME!! Needless to day, after 40min of waiting, I had to go through my friends list, until someone was able to pick me up, cause clearly this 'TAXI' so called company couldn't do their job... what a joke!
D	Dominic Stone-Huygens on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They say 20 minutes... when you call them back because it's been 20 minutes they say they are on there way and should be there shortly... so a 20 minute wait might actually be a 45 minute wait. This has happened on multiple occasions for me.

The fact that service is so consistently worthless for so long means someone is just refusing to do any better when they absolutely can. Only exists from the good graces of Uber and no one else trying to get into this business.
H	Haeli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i don’t leave reviews anywhere but i called at 11:03 as a student getting off work and was told 15 min wait and then after waiting a half hour i called again and he told me he’s 3 mins away and after waiting 10 more mins he finally gets here and tells me he only got the call to come get me 4 mins ago i have school at 7am didn’t get home until midnight would call like half hour in advance if u want a cab on time.
T	Toran Edwards on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered a this taxi service to Dollarama and was told 20-45 minute wait. I waited a full hour before I called to see where my cab was. The Extremely rude woman dispatcher tried to say that the cab had been there and that I missed their call. Both a complete LIE !!! No missed call on my cell and I was watching out the window of the store. Poor customer service !!! Vernon needs new and different taxi companies !!!!
C	Chris Reimer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honestly really great service. Straight to the point, punctual, and polite. I've had only one issue with booking a time, but it only ment I got a cab 10 mins earlier. Can't complain with that. Good service. Will continue to use this service
W	Willow Burton on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today a sweet old woman came and got me (a stranger) in Starbucks because the taxi she had ordered drove away before she could get to it. She asked me to call it back for her. The dispatcher was SO rude and unpleasant, I was in shock. She informed me that they’d already sent a taxi there and I said, “I know? But it didn’t actually pick her up? So she still needs one.” The woman then informed me that it would be 15 to 20 minutes and hung up. What a terribly unpleasant experience for that sweet woman just trying to get home :(

Most experiences have been great, quick arrivals, accurate arrival estimates, friendly drivers, and no holding back or going slow on purpose for higher fare.
