On appelle le propriétaire car le revêtement a des défauts après 7 ans, alors qu'il devait être garanti 20 ans. Il me dit d'emblé au téléphone que ce n'est pas garanti, sans même avoir vu les défauts en personne. Ne se pointe pas au premier rdv. Finalement, sur place, il m'annonce que ce n'est pas garanti et qu'il va nous envoyer un rapport d'expertise (document word général 0 en lien avec notre plancher). Ca va couter 400$. On le relance en lui citant sa garantie. Il trouve toutes les raisons possibles pour ne pas l'honorer (problème de structure, efflorescence, notre faute, etc). 1 mois plus tard, c'est maintenant rendu plus de 700 $ pour faire la réparation!!!!!
En attente de l'OPC, et fort probablement d'un jugement de la Cour du Québec que je publierai ici au bénéfice des clients qui auront vécu ce mépris total de l'engagement contractuel de cette compagnie.

The owner is called because the coating has defects after 7 years, whereas it had to be guaranteed for 20 years. He immediately tells me over the phone that it is not guaranteed, without even having seen the faults in person. Don't show up at the first meeting. Finally, on site, he tells me that it is not guaranteed and that he will send us an expert report (general word document 0 in connection with our floor). It's going to cost $ 400. We relaunch him by quoting his guarantee. He finds all the possible reasons for not honoring him (structural problem, efflorescence, our fault, etc.). 1 month later, it is now over $ 700 to repair !!!!!
Awaiting the OPC, and most likely a judgment from the Court of Quebec that I will publish here for the benefit of clients who have experienced this total disregard for the contractual commitment of this company.
