★ ★ ★ ★ ★ J'y suis allée aujourd'hui pour des radiographies. J'étais impressionnée de mon expérience!! Lieux propres et bien organisés, le personnel est souriant. Dans mon cas, le sans rendez-vous a été quasi instantané, mais on me dit qu'en général c'est une demie-heure d'attente.
À savoir: le stationnement est payant, mais il y a quelques parkings gratuits de 90 minutes dans la ruelle qui donne sur le stationnement.
 I went there today for x-rays. I was impressed with my experience !! Clean and well organized places, the staff is smiling. In my case, the walk-in was almost instantaneous, but I am told that in general it is a half hour wait.
Note: parking is chargeable, but there are some free 90-minute parking lots in the lane that overlooks the parking lot.

Je l'ai souligné lorsque j'ai confirmé mon rendez-vous et on m'a dit qu'il n'y aurait pas de problème comme le numéro RAMQ était sur ma prescription. Sur place, ça a cependant été une autre histoire - refus de me faire passer l'examen car je ne connaissais pas la date d'expiration de ma carte qui avait été renouvelée depuis ma dernière visite. Aucune admission ou excuse de leur part quant au fait qu'on m'avait dit que c'était OK de me présenter quand j'avais pris la peine de leur mentionner la perte de ma carte et le délai de 10 jours de la RAMQ avant d'en recevoir une nouvelle. Très déçue du service et fâchée de cette perte de temps (déplacement et délais pour l'examen et les résultats). Je ne recommande pas cette clinique.
I had an appointment for an exam but in the meantime I lost my RAMQ card. I pointed this out when I confirmed my appointment and was told there would be no problem as the RAMQ number was on my prescription. On the spot, however, it was another story - refusal to take the exam because I did not know the expiration date of my card which had been renewed since my last visit. No admission or apology on their part as to the fact that I had been told it was OK to show up when I had taken the trouble to mention the loss of my card and the 10-day RAMQ delay beforehand. receive a new one. Very disappointed with the service and angry at this waste of time (travel and delays for the examination and the results). I do not recommend this clinic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service impeccable jusqu'au médecin qui m'a fait les infiltrations de cortisone. Il ne m'a pas parlé, rien expliqué et il est reparti sans aucune discussion ou un simple bonjour avec moi, qui est son patient. Si on fouille dans son code de déontologie, il y a un manque terrible sur cet aspect...en plus qu'il a probablement facturé 1200$ au gouvernement pour cet acte réservé...Un simple bonjour et une revus des effets secondaires pour détendre le patient nerveux, c'est tout !
Impeccable service to the doctor who gave me the cortisone injections. He did not speak to me, explain anything and he left without any discussion or a simple hello with me, who is his patient. If we dig into his code of ethics, there is a terrible lack on this aspect ... in addition to that he probably billed the government $ 1200 for this reserved act ... A simple hello and a review of the side effects for relax the nervous patient, that's all!

Donc, si vous avez des soucies avant de passer un examen ne soyez sans craintes car ils sont là pour nous accompagner et je leurs dis encore Merci ?
I went for several exams and I can tell you that I felt very comfortable with the staff.
So if you have any concerns before taking an exam don't be afraid because they are there to accompany us and I say thank you again ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Très belle clinique avec 2 grandes salles d'attente bien fenestrées avec des plantes partout.
Secrétaires (j'ai parlé au 3) très souriantes, humaine et compréhensives.
Personnel de santé très courtois et gentil.
Le radiologue avait l'air d'avoir beaucoup d'expérience et même si l'examen était rapide il a pris le temps de m'expliquer et de me rassurer brièvement ma situation.
Délais d'attente raisonnable pour le RDV très raisonnable (3 semaines) avec prise en charge par la RAMQ.
Aucun signe de discrimination malgré que j'étais la seule patiente étrange dans la salle d'attente.
Je ture mon chapeau à toutes les personnes travaux à cette clinique et je vous remercie du fond du coeur.
Very nice clinic with 2 large, well-windowed waiting rooms with plants everywhere.
Secretaries (I spoke to 3) very smiling, human and understanding.
Very courteous and kind healthcare staff.
The radiologist seemed to have a lot of experience and although the exam was quick he took the time to explain and briefly reassure me of my situation.
Reasonable waiting times for the appointment very reasonable (3 weeks) with support from the RAMQ.
No sign of discrimination despite being the only strange patient in the waiting room.
Hats off to all the people working at this clinic and thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Procedures are as stream-lined as can be expected in a clinic in this province, which is to say waiting is not unheard of. Nonetheless, the feeling that staff really cared and were doing everything they could to the best of their abilities really shined through.
