★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ultrasound was done well and tech was good and very friendly, but when I called the number listed for Elmira it unknowingly called St Jacobs so I showed up to the wrong location (I didn't even know they had two locations). Since there was no time to go down I had to wait an hour with a full bladder before being seen. They then gave the wrong due date by 9 days which jeopardized the accuracy of future tests done based on pregnancy date. If you go there just make sure to confirm ALL details of your booking and results to make sure you don't have the same headaches.

The lady doing the ultrasound (Shaista) was great and very gentle and also the guy doing the X-rays was very nice. I will totally recommend them to more people. Thank you so much EDI

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was able to get a quicker appointment here than at other clinics in KW for ultrasound. The ultrasound tech, Sadia, was super sweet and very gentle. It was a great experience and I would definitely recommend her and come back in future. Tip: park at the back of the building in the big parking lot. The clinic’s entrance is at the back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really don’t want to go into why this was an uncomfortable experience for me, but suffice it to say, I can’t recommend these guys even if they were friendly.
They requested a Google review of my experience and so I’m making one. Also just in case anyone else is looking for a good place for professional health care in Elmira. Skip this one.
It was not a professional experience and I would rather drive into the city than return for tests here.
