★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Won a necklace in a silent auction and was not well enough to get in to pick it up. I asked for a few days extension but the manager was quite rude and said her rules could not be broken. I was so disappointed and dishearten by the lack of conpassion of this organization. I will never go here again.
