★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Many staff are not wearing masks. Or are wearing face sheilds or masks below their noses, making it difficult to want to approach and ask for assistance on products.
They dont enforce mask wearing for customers at all.
A lack in public safety it seemed

I cannot find it online and home hardware Elmira and st jacobs have been no help. I will never use home hardware again and I will refer people to do the same. Unacceptable
