★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Big spacious store. Everything is well labelled and is easy to find. Paired with their website that tells you which aisle the item is, and you get a great and very easy shopping experience. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had to bring something in to exchange it as the product didn't turn on when I brought it home. Exchanging it was super easy and I got it home, plugged in the fan and it worked great. The customer service was fantastic and I'll definitely be back again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always helpful and easy dealing with Home Depot employees- special thanks to section 36 (closet hardware) and paint guys. Getting paint matched took 5 min. Effortless! unfortunately did not catch their names.
Will be back for more projects

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ very helpful staff at this store when looking to replace a defective smoke detector. kevin introduced himself and offered his assistance. when the replacement appeared out of stock he checked for recent delivery and found that the detector was in a shipping bundle. he retrieved the new stock from the unsorted skid and hand delivered it to us. wonderful employee.

They would get 5 stars if they actually ever answered the phone. Calling in for any questions or support is non-existent. This should be audited and corrected by head office. Not answering your phone lines is a big customer service miss.
Before anyone says “the staff were busy”, I’ve been in the actual store and called while people were just standing around. The phone still doesn’t get answered. Just to shut that down in advance.
