★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Second Visit: Super friendly staff and quick service. Got me in immediately and was done 5 minutes before my scheduled appointment time. Highly recommend to anyone needing medical imaging done.
First Visit: Arrived 25 minutes early for an appointment ... got in for an ultrasound within minutes. Friendly counterstaff and ultrasound technician. Writing this post 8 minutes before my scheduled appointment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was refused service at the door and kicked out because I had my 2 year old with me. I understand covid times but not for anyone with a baby or toddler. Very inconsiderate and no compassion

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ BMI is definitely a 5 star place. They took me in right away and they explained everything to me as they went along. I loved seeing the images on the screen. After coming to BMI, I won't go anywhere else. They are excellent!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love this place. The facility is quiet and clean, and the staff are all very friendly. They get you in on time and I love how they explain the ultrasound to you as they go. Great experience. I highly recommend.

You anything for a reason. They told me on my last ultrasound it was a girl. Told me they are never wrong that they’ve been doing this for twenty years and then said wait it’s actually a boy at my next scan. They are emotionless and lack empathy. The girl who works there is the worst. She told me my last pregnancy the baby was dead and showed no emotion to the point it’s awkward. Now this one she blamed on my bladder not being full enough. Delivering my middle child I almost died because the baby was 11 pounds BMI told me he was 7 pounds. The hospital told me BMI is routinely wrong.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the WORST PLACE, THE WORST. never ever ever go here for your baby’s ultrasound, we had the worse experience ever the staff is incredibly rude and inconsiderate and UNPROFESSIONAL, my wife drank 2 bottles of water before the appointment but they were still rude to us and especially her for not having “a full blader” while my wife was nauseous and unable to drink more than 2 bottles and felt like she really had to pee too, and even so the ultrasound imaging was perfectly clear and she got all her measurements and everything needed incredibly smoothly the baby was perfectly clear and she took such clear amazing shots of the baby, but even so the attitude from staff was from the moment we walked in, and in the end she purposefully took THE WORSE SHOTS the worse the worse most unclear shots of the baby she can possibly do ON PURPOSE even tho she had amazing shots just because she wanted to be rude, she fully moved the wand to a completely different spot from the clear side and took screenshots of the baby from a angle on purpose that was unclear just because. This is our first pregnancy and a important experience seeing our baby for the first time, this is pure evil. Negative 10 stars if I could
Edit: the appointment was booked under my wife’s name obviously as she is the patient and no I am sure I am reviewing the right facility, and because of your experience I had to take my wife who was extremely sad and crying after this experience to a paid ultrasound facility which gave us an amazing experience and amazing pictures. My wife’s name is Anita and the appointment was on April 22 check your records and you will find it. Hope you can train your technicians to be more compassionate and understanding during this special time in someone’s life if they want to work in this field.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had the gentleman do my dating ultrasound . I was nervous because my last pregnancy resulted in no heartbeat at my first ultra sound appt and I had to have a DNC (very traumatic) when he couldnt find the heartbeat I panicked and wanted an internal done because I didnt want to reschedule for a week from then I needed to know now. He complied but rolled his eyes and was VERY rude the entire time, he then went on to shame me for not being able to stomach the 3 bottles of water they require you to drink because of my extreme morning sickness ... he was extreamly quick and never offered me a photo of my unborn child who thankfully did have a heartbeat to take home to the father who was not allowed to attend the ultrasound because of the pandemic. I absolutely hated this experience and do not recommend this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went for my second ultrasound here and was very happy. Friendly staff, got to watch my baby the entire time the tech was doing their thing. Baby was stubborn but the tech did their best to get me good photos which I really appreciate and chatted with me about what I was looking at the entire time as I'm a first time mom. Excited to have future scans here until my due date!
