Disons que j'ai encore un travail physique.
I have been a client for nearly 3 years for tendonitis on the right shoulder and physiotherapists can cure the situation more than 80%.
Let's say I still have a physical job.

Jaw problem for over a year. It was practically hell ... I met Florence a few times and finally I am relieved of this pain. Qualified, professional staff, and more than positive results! Thanks again for everything !

La demoiselle à la réception n’était pas aimable et n’a même pas pris le temps de me donner le prochain RDV.
Mon expérience n’était pas vraiment top
The session was good with mr Vincent, he took the time to explain everything to me.
The lady at the front desk was not friendly and didn't even take the time to give me the next appointment.
My experience was not really great

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Je donne une étoile avant même d’avoir reçu un traitement. À mon premier rendez-vous, j’ai attendu plus de 20 minutes. Lorsque je me suis informée auprès de la réceptionniste, elle ne s’est même pas référée à la physiothérapeute pour voir ce qu’il se passait, ou encore me donner un temps approximatif d’attente. Le stationnement est payant (à la minute), donc c’est frustrant d’attendre inutilement sans avis... je n’ai aucune idée des services de physio, je note le service qui est clairement à revoir.
I give a star even before receiving treatment. At my first date, I waited more than 20 minutes. When I inquired of the receptionist, she did not even refer to the physiotherapist to see what was happening, or give me an approximate wait time. Parking is paid (by the minute), so it's frustrating to wait unnecessarily without notice ... I have no idea of physio services, I note the service that is clearly to be reviewed.

Non seulement elles sont gentilles et à l'écoute des besoins de leurs patients, elles sont également très compétentes. Le personnel responsable de l'accueil, des rendez-vous et des suivis est efficace et très aimable. Je me suis sentie importante. On m'a accordé tous les soins et l'attention dont j'avais besoin. Pour en avoir visité plusieurs autres, je recommande très sincèrement cette clinique.
My case is complex and affecting several parts of my body, three physiotherapists have formed a team to optimize the overall treatment according to my needs. Not only are they kind and attentive to the needs of their patients, they are also very competent. The staff responsible for reception, appointments and follow-up is efficient and very friendly. I felt important. I was given all the care and attention I needed. Having visited several others, I sincerely recommend this clinic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Plus de la moitié du temps la physio me faisait attendre en disant qu’elle devait libérait un autre client. Service à la clientèle déficient. Perte d’argent totale.
More than half the time the physio kept me waiting saying she had to release another client. Poor customer service. Total waste of money.
