Mon constructeur a choisi ce fournisseur pour installer mon plancher et 4 mois après avoir emménagé ils ne sont même pas encore venu réglé mon problème. Je dois appeler sans cesse mon constructeur pour tenter d'avoir une réponse. Je ne recommande pas cette compagnie very poor after-sales service. My builder chose this supplier to install my floor and 4 months after moving in, they haven't even solved my problem yet. I have to keep calling my builder to try to get an answer. I do not recommend this company

Je voulais mettre une membrane de 3.5 mm et il m'a avoué que ça n'aurai pas l'effet escompté à cause des broches qui transmettrait le son. J'ai eu le meilleur prix à Québec, j'avais fais le tour! Livraison incluse. J'ai acheté érable bistro américano de Goodfellow. 3.8$ pi carré. I spoke with Stéphane, the owner I presume, he gave me great advice. I wanted to put a 3.5 mm membrane and he confessed that it will not have the desired effect because of the pins that would transmit the sound. I had the best price in Quebec, I went around! Delivery included. I bought American Goodfellow bistro maple. 3.8 $ square feet.

Les matériaux utilisés sec, sans défaults. Le sablage et huilage du plancher ont été impeccable. Belle job les gars! Super good service. This company ordered me the custom board. Very affordable, very nice finish and they are pro (household / pickup impeccable). The materials used dry, without defaults. The sanding and oiling of the floor were impeccable. Nice job guys!

Après plus d'un an, j'ai abonné que les retouches soient faites. Je ne recommande aucunement cette entreprise. Very poor after sale service. After several calls and follow-up emails after the work to come and make alterations, no return calls. After more than a year, I subscribed to the touch-ups. I do not recommend this company in any way.
