I bought a laundry machine and a dishwasher for 2500 CAD in june, 27th, 2019. After 3 failed deliveries with a mysterious cancellation with no phone call no explanation from their side, I decided today, August 1st, to cancel all my order as RONA did not respect their COMMITMENT. I should have surely cancelled before, but I gave them a chance...il reveals that they are not able to satisfy their clients: delivering a dishwasher is too hard work for them! In total I took 3 days off waiting for my machines, and spent almost all day on the phone to ask for explanation and apologie: All I had was a very unclear version, no apologie at all, the operators of Service Apres Vente were all rude and impolite: one was saying yeah yeah while eating her sandwich and chatting with collegues, they even made fun of my situation and were laughing at me. This afternoon I went to RONA ENTREPOT to finish my cancellation process: the staff litteraly threw on my face a so-called 'gift card' with a condition to sign a document. The doc tells that if you sign it, you should abandon any possible legal proceeding to which i said no. I refused to sign the paper. I am totally free of my own action. I will continue to write comments of this very bad experience and possibly consider a further proceeding with an attorney... Conclusion: I DO NOT RECOMMAND THIS COMPANY AT ALL TO ANYONE. And I will post other details...

In my opinion, the largest Rona in Quebec City. They almost always have whatever you need. Bathroom is ok. My only complain is that their cashier location and layout is terrible. Lines to pay always take longer than elsewhere, either because clients are slow or not enough cashiers are open. Their cutting service is always a mistery.

Great experience. I was looking for white caped screws for the railings on my deck and found them here. In fact, one of the personel stopped what they were doing and led me right to them. The store is very strict about following Covid rules which I am very happy about.
