They misspelled about 75% of what I wrote on paper, so most of my information was wrong.
They barely reply when their phone ring.
They don't have a voice recording machine to leave a message on so they can't call you back.
They have a very rude girl on their staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pushed the delivery back by months, no refund possible. When I went there, someone was also providing a formal notice for the same reasons. I should have known. I'm making one of my own as we speak based on the recommendation of the Office du protection du consommateur.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In response to RD Furniture about my complaint (indicated below): No you are NOT truely sorry as I addressed my problem clearly at least two times and all I got from you is to take care of it myself. When I came to your store before posting my complaint, the seller told me if I send an email I would receive the same response. I already wasted enough time on this.

Extremely bad after-sale service. They sold me a furniture without any hole underneath for the screws to mount the supports. Once they told me it is the manufacturer defect , another time they told me it is how it is supposed to be. They changed their words a few times. They were not consistent in addressing my issue and did not try to help. I felt like like they just wanted to get rid of me. They never mentioned that the supports are this way when I bought the sofa. Their attitude toward customers is quite arrogant.
