★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pas très bonne expérience. J'avais une carte pour mon anniversaire. Il y avait 2 personnes à la caisse pour une cliente. On a fini par jeter un oeil dans ma direction. On m'a rapidement informée de ce à quoi j'avais droit. Par la suite les personnes arrivées après moi me semblent avoir reçu un meilleur service. Je dois tout de même dire qu'il y avait beaucoup de monde. J'ai finalement remis toutes les choses que j'avais choisies et suis sortie sans rien et ma carte est déchirée. Vous pouvez me rayer de vos clientes arrêter de m'envoyer des cartons. Il y a d'autres endroits où je peux trouver ce dont j'ai besoin et où je suis reçue avec le sourire.
Not very good experience. I had a card for my birthday. There were 2 people at the checkout for a client. We ended up taking a look in my direction. I was quickly informed of what I was entitled to. Later, people who arrived after me seem to have received better service. I still have to say that there were a lot of people. I finally gave all the things I had chosen and went out with nothing and my card is torn. You can scratch me of your clients stop sending me boxes. There are other places where I can find what I need and where I am received with a smile.
