★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As long as what you have buy is working, it`s fine. After if anything happen... they send you to the company website / phone and that`s where they are pretty bad. They never do anything at the store itself, I am very unsatisfied !!! Never again !!!! I prefer to paid more and have service !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Massive place with a lot of products, but the service can be genuinely bad. We were waiting in the line for checkout and all the cashiers finished with their clients and just left. Someone ended up seeing us and we were able to checkout but it was nevertheless a bad experience

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst staff, Worst delivery, Worst attitude. they are totally irresponsible in everyway. no one speak English here, Never had any help from staff, they just told me to wait, I had to leave after one hour waiting FOR HELP. One day other store reserved an item for me to pickup from this store. This store manager told me they never heard of it. I went back to previous store, I was sent here again, this time the staff told me they have already sold that item. This is a BEST-DISASTER STORE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went here, it's a very big store with lots of kinds of electronics sold here from sound systems, TVs, computers to video games, even home appliances are sold here, I seen very respectful, smiling and nice employees here and also I searched for a new computer here, but the model I wanted is little expensive. Also the direct access to the mall from inside is blocked.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Probably the worst best buy location I have ever been to. Not only is it almost impossible to get staff to help you because they are either not around or just busy talking to each other and friends but even if you do get one of them by grabbing them as they walk buy you and ask them a question....chances are they will point you in the wrong direction. This is not a one time visit review but a multiple visit with the same result. Also they have very little in Stock, a lot of shelves look empty.
