â â â â â Vente Ă pression et campagne de peur sur mon pĂšre ĂągĂ© de 81 ans, technicien lĂąche qui utilise le matĂ©riel d'un ancien systĂšme dans son installation et service client exĂ©crable.
AprÚs une fausse alarme, un pompier m'a assisté pour tenter de régler un problÚme avec leur central et il capotait du peu de collaboration offerte.
Rendez vous service et restez loin d'eux.
Pressure-selling and fear-mongering on my 81-year-old dad, a cowardly technician who uses hardware from an old system in his installation and miserable customer service.
After a false alarm, a firefighter assisted me to try to solve a problem with their central and he failed at the little cooperation offered.
Do yourself a favor and stay away from them.

â â â â â Mon systĂšme d'alarme est dĂ©fectueux depuis des mois. Il se met Ă Ă©mettre des bips en plein milieu de la nuit et le mieux qu'ils ont trouvĂ©, c'est un message automatique qui m'informe que mon systĂšme est dĂ©fectueux. Ben oui toĂ© chose ! Je viens d'annuler mon abonnement
My alarm system has been defective for months. It starts beeping in the middle of the night and the best they can find is an automatic message telling me my system is broken. Well yes you thing! I just canceled my subscription

Un systÚme défectueux. Du ping pong entres départements pour pélleter le problÚme chez le voisin sans jamais régler rien.
Des heures dâattentes au tĂ©lĂ©phone. Des employĂ©s qui arrivent avec du mauvais Ă©quipement faute de mauvaise communication et qui sont eux meme genĂ© de la piĂštre qualitĂ© du service et qui avouent que les plaintes affluent depuis le rachat par TELUS et qui nous disent : ils ya des compagnies meilleures vous savez!
Un service en français mĂ©diocre, je pourrais continuer des heures mais assez perdu de temps pour cette compagnie qui rie de ses clients. Mon associĂ© est cliente depuis presque 30 ans et moi une dizaine dâannĂ©es.
ASSEZ. Jâutiliserais chaque opportunitĂ© pour dĂ©conseiller qui que ce soit de sombrer dans la mĂ©diocritĂ© et dâutiliser cette compagnie de clowns.
Sérieusement ne passez pas par toutes la médiocrité avec laquelle Traitrus traite ses clients, lisez et informez vous! Il existe moins cher et meme si vous ne trouvez pas moins cher, des sourds et muets aveugles et nonchalants offrirons un service nettement supérieur. Tout sauf eux.
A model of entrepreneurial mediocrity.
A faulty system. Ping pong between departments to tackle the problem with the neighbor without ever settling anything.
Hours of waiting on the phone. Employees who arrive with bad equipment due to poor communication and who are themselves annoyed by the poor quality of service and who admit that complaints have been pouring in since the takeover by TELUS and who tell us: there are better companies, you know!
Mediocre service in French, I could go on for hours but wasted enough time for this company which laughs at its customers. My partner has been a client for almost 30 years and I have been a client for about 10 years.
QUITE. I would use every opportunity to warn anyone against slipping into mediocrity and using this company of clowns.
Seriously don't go through all the mediocrity with which Traitrus treats its clients, read and educate yourself! It is cheaper, and even if you can't find it cheaper, blind and nonchalant deaf and dumb will provide significantly better service. Everything except them.

â â â â â Fuyez cette compagnie. Le pire service Ă la clientĂšle avec lequel j'ai fait affaire. Demandez toujours un numĂ©ro de confirmation si vous annulez vos services, ils m'ont facturĂ© 2 mois de plus en disant qu'ils n'avaient rien dans leur dossier concernant mon annulation.
Avoid this company. The worst customer service I have dealt with. Always ask for a confirmation number if you cancel your services, they charged me 2 more months saying they had nothing on file regarding my cancellation.
