★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went there for an exchange, i guess i met the manager and honestly i was not expecting this high level of customer service, she listened carefully to me even though it was kinda tough for me to communicate in french, she perfectly understood the issue with my boots, and offered an exchange which i'm grateful to, can't recommend enough all brown stores in fact and i will continue buying from them each time i think of purchasing new shoes

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome service. Like lots of men, I hate shopping. I got taken care of there exactly how I like to. They asked what I needed, we went through a bunch of shoes/boots that fit the bill, I had a pair set aside and came by about 1 hour after to pick it up.
Price was good, I'm being told the warranty is good as well. I highly recommend this store as they have multiple brands and honestly, I didn't feel pushed one way or another.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought two pair of boots - winter and suede rain boots. Excellent customer service. One pair I had to size down (weird but apparently the brand of shoe line) and had to stretch like 3 times (to better mold onto foot). Great advice given too!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a pair of shoes on May 27 for about 100 CAD. Just used for daily occasions mainly in office. And now, not more than two month, a sewed part is torn and can’t be used anymore. I was expecting better quality. Disappointing!
As an update, I did as it was said and they accepted the return after almost two month of purchasing time. I’m not really satisfied with the product but quite satisfied with staffs.
