J ai finalement eu une carte cadeau , j ai acheté en ligne , beaucoup moins chère et j ai mieux faire affaire en ligne qu avec le jeune homme insolant qui travaille à la boutique des galeries de la capitale! Bad after-sales service, My partner bought me a nice sandal, after only 15 minutes the strap between the toes was hurting me, it was already tearing off after only 15 min max, they never wanted to reimburse me, they wanted to be me exchange them. I finally got a gift card, I bought online, much cheaper and I have better business online than with the insolent young man who works at the gallery store in the capital!

I love MK, quality product .. But the service was not good until the saleswoman saw that we were really going to buy something, she was kind.

J'ai demandé si possibilité de l'avoir en ligne. Elle a répondu froidement que c'était sa seule solution et que je n'ai qu'a faire ce que je veux. Very poor customer service. The attendant offered a form to have my watch repaired at fossil since I didn't have the invoice. I asked if possibility of having it online. She replied coldly that it was her only solution and that I just have to do what I want.

La dame du service a la clientèle au siège sociale mais carrément dit "attend ma belle je ne suis pas là pour gérer les chicanes en magasin ? PLUS JAMAIS j'y allais pour un manteau... je vais aussi retourner ma montre et un manteau d'hiver ! Je n'encourage pas ça !! Horrible! Having been in customer service for 25 years myself, I am stunned by the lack of judgment! Refusal to reimburse a gift even with the invoice. The customer service lady at the head office but bluntly said "wait, sweetheart I'm not here to handle the quarrels in store ? NEVER AGAIN I went for a coat ... I will also return my watch and a coat winter! I do not encourage that !!

I go there alot and I even get amazing comments about her and I work in an another fashion retailer in the shopping mall ! She really makes you feel at ease with your needs and your budget and is simply delightful to shop with ! Keep up the good work and that what companies need these days ! People hardworking and delightful as much as her ! Made alot of my friends love Michael Kors and really made an amazing lasting impression representing the company !
