 The manager, Lamia, helped us find the perfect coat for my wife. She was polite, professional and super knowledgeable. My wife is delighted. We will definitely stay there again when I need a coat or accessories.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nous avons reçu un service exemplaire avec Lamia . Elle connait vraiment son produit de A à Z . Elle a su nous conseiller moi et ma conjointe et ce sans aucune pression. Elle prends le temps qu'il faut et elle a assurément votre satisfaction à coeur . Je n'ai rarement eu une aussi belle démonstration d'un produit. Transparence , sourire et très gentille. Nous vous la recommandons fortement , ainsi que ce magasin ? très belle équipe. Nous y retournerons.
We received exemplary service from Lamia. She really knows her product from A to Z. She was able to advise me and my wife without any pressure. She takes the time it takes and she has your satisfaction at heart. I have rarely had such a beautiful demonstration of a product. Transparency, smile and very kind. We highly recommend her, as well as this store ? very nice team. We will be going back.

Malheureusement, je n'ai pas le nom de la super conseillère qui m'a servie, mais elle fut à l'écoute de mes besoins avec respect, dynamisme et professionnalisme. En discutant avec elle, elle me mentionnait aimer son travail... et cela a transparu du début à la fin. Je ne peux que référer Rudsak Galeries de la Capitale; oui pour leurs produits, mais surtout leur excellent service!
What a welcome and what service! Unfortunately, I do not have the name of the super advisor who served me, but she listened to my needs with respect, dynamism and professionalism. While chatting with her, she told me that she loved her job ... and it shone through from start to finish. I can only refer Rudsak Galeries de la Capitale; yes for their products, but above all their excellent service!

Elles ont répondu à nos questions et fait essayer plusieurs grandeurs afin de trouver le manteau parfait! Très bonne connaissance des produits et de l’inventaire du magasin! Aucune pression pour acheter (même si on a prit beaucoup de leur temps) et excellent conseils (entretien et pour bien profiter des rabais) de la part de toute l’équipe!
I highly recommend! Very well received upon our arrival at the store by Jade and her team !! They answered our questions and had several sizes tried on to find the perfect coat! Very good knowledge of the store's products and inventory! No pressure to buy (even if we took a lot of their time) and excellent advice (maintenance and how to take advantage of the discounts) from the whole team!

The staff were ignorant basically avoiding me I think because I was english speaking. I guess if your'e not french you're not welcome here. Their fur coats are nasty anyway. avoid like the plague
