Nous sommes allĂ©s Ă  la boutique au Galeries de la Capitale aujourd’hui et franchement, c’est un euphĂ©misme de dire que le service Ă©tait de piĂštre qualitĂ©. Les trois vendeuses Ă©taient accoter au comptoir sans donner aucun service au clients dans la boutique, de plus elle parlait entre eux trĂšs fort et se disait que la journĂ©e Ă©tait longue!! Comme ça Ă  haute voix devant nous!!! Ma conjointe a Ă©tĂ© essayĂ© des morceaux: aucune se sont dĂ©placĂ© pour nous! C’était Libre service au salle d’essaye! Les clientes se regardaient entre elles et faisaient de leur mieux pour se servir pendant que les employĂ©s jasaient haut et fort sans gĂȘne ! Du jamais vu!!! Si j’avais Ă©tĂ© leurs patron j’aurais eu honte de ses trois femmes dĂ©sabusĂ©es et mĂ©diocres. MalgrĂ© la belle collection de Mariloup Wolfe, je n’ai pas besoin de vous dire que nous n’avons rien achetĂ© et que nous n’y retournerons jamais.
We went to the boutique at Galeries de la Capitale today and frankly, it's a euphemism to say that the service was of poor quality. The three saleswomen were lounging at the counter without giving any service to the customers in the shop, moreover she spoke to each other very loudly and told herself that the day was long !! Like that out loud in front of us !!! My spouse was tried pieces: none moved for us! It was self service in the test room! The customers looked at each other and did their best to serve while the employees were chatting loudly and without embarrassment! Never seen!!! If I had been their boss I would have been ashamed of his three disillusioned and mediocre women. Despite the beautiful collection of Mariloup Wolfe, I do not need to tell you that we have not bought anything and we will never go back.

J'aurais aimĂ© donner deux Ă©toiles, mais au vu de la diffĂ©rence entre mes deux visites l'une Ă©tant trĂšs agrĂ©able et l'autre trĂšs Ă©prouvante, la deuxiĂšme a pris le dessus sur la premiĂšre. Ma premiĂšre visite fut trĂšs agrĂ©able. J'ai dĂ©couvert des vĂȘtements de trĂšs bonne qualitĂ© avec de trĂšs belles couleurs. J'ai sĂ©lectionnĂ© deux robes que j'ai essayĂ©es et l'une des vendeuses m'a trĂšs bien conseillĂ©e. Mes achats m'ont Ă©normĂ©ment plus et j'ai reçu en cadeau un rabais de 20 dollars Ă  utiliser sur une commande de 100 dollars minimum durant le mois de dĂ©cembre. Ma deuxiĂšme visite fut trĂšs Ă©prouvante. J'Ă©tais venue pour des pantalons et je n'ai pas trouvĂ© la sĂ©lection trĂšs intĂ©ressante, mais j'ai trouvĂ© quand mĂȘme un pantalon qui me plaisait. Les vendeuses sont venues rarement me voir et me conseiller. À part seulement pour mettre mes vĂȘtements dans la cabine d'essayage tandis que je regardais les autres vĂȘtements. Pendant que j'essayais et que mon amoureux me donnait son avis, les vendeuses Ă©taient Ă  la caisse et attendaient comme si elle n'avait aucune cliente dans le magasin. Ce qui n'Ă©tait pas arrivĂ© Ă  ma premiĂšre visite. De plus, l'une d'elles s'est mise Ă  commencer Ă  dire du mal d'une de ses collĂšgues et sans aucune discrĂ©tion. J'avais beau ĂȘtre dans ma cabine d'essayage je pouvais clairement entendre son ton de voix dĂ©sagrĂ©able Ă  croire qu'elle s'en fichait de s'afficher. J'ai Ă©tĂ© capable d'entendre leur sujet de conversation et je pourrais vous citer sans aucun problĂšme les mots qu'elle a utilisĂ©s. Quand je suis retournais regarder les vĂȘtements dans le magasin aprĂšs mon passage en cabine, j'ai tournĂ© lĂ©gĂšrement la tĂȘte vers la vendeuse qui parlait et elle m'a rĂ©pondu de maniĂšre dĂ©sobligeante si j'avais besoin de quelque chose. Pour rĂ©pondre Ă  sa question, j'aurais aimĂ© qu'elle arrĂȘte de crier comme si elle Ă©tait toute seule dans le magasin et qu'elle s'occupe un peu plus de ses clients. Mon expĂ©rience a Ă©tĂ© dĂ©gueulasse, car sa conversation mĂ©chante a Ă©tĂ© une nuisance sonore, je dirais mĂȘme plus une pollution sonore. De plus, quand je suis venue payer, j'ai donnĂ© mon rabais Ă  la vendeuse qui m'a dit qu'il avait dĂ©jĂ  Ă©tĂ© utilisĂ©. Je n'Ă©tais jamais revenu au magasin depuis ma premiĂšre visite et je n'ai pas aimĂ© la maniĂšre dont elle me l'a dit comme si je venais forcer pour le rĂ©utiliser. Elle ne comprenait pas pourquoi il avait dĂ©jĂ  Ă©tĂ© utilisĂ©, car selon elle le magasin ne le redonne pas aprĂšs scannage et donc je n’ai pas eu le droit Ă  mon rabais. Pour finir, vous venez de perdre une cliente qui avait adorĂ© ses premiers achats. Vous la perdez, car le service est Ă  dĂ©sirĂ©e, aucun contact avec les vendeuses, une pollution sonore des plus dĂ©testable et surtout, parlez en criant du fait que le mari d'une collĂšgue et le covid-19, ça fait plus fuir le client que donner le goĂ»t de rester. Au revoir et pas Ă  la prochaine !

My experience was disgusting, because his mean conversation was a noise nuisance, I would even say noise pollution more. Also, when I came to pay, I gave my discount to the salesperson who told me it had already been used. I had never been back to the store since my first visit and didn't like the way she told me like I was coming to force to reuse it. She didn’t understand why it had already been used, because according to her the store doesn’t give it back after scanning and so I wasn’t entitled to my discount. Finally, you just lost a customer who loved her first purchases. You lose it, because the service is as desired, no contact with the saleswomen, the most detestable noise pollution and above all, talk shouting about the fact that the husband of a colleague and the covid-19, it scares the customer more that give the desire to stay.
